now you're getting emotional, mayweather doesn't give a flying fcuk about you, catch yourself on nuthugs. Maybe one day you can be in the club and catch one of Floyd's dollar bills when he 'makes it rain'...that would feel good, huh?
Emotional?
I know Floyd dont care about me? Jesus we're not mates!
Stop being immature now
Wrong, he did as well as he could under Cortez who was on his case from the opening bell and even took a point off for Hatton punching a rope after Mayweather threw a flush elbow into his face and dived out of the ring.
Hatton is one of the dirtiest fighters ever in boxing,
Dont even try talk about Floyd givin elbows
I'm discrediting the ref, but Floyd contributed to the ref showing either via bribe (not unlikely with the Mayweathers) or all the talk about Hatton being a dirty fighter in the build-up designed to put pressure on the referee.
Joe Cortez doesnt face pressure he knows what he is doing,
Mayweather bribing the ref?
For a fight with Hatton??
If he was ever gonna take that chance I think it would be against more of a threat then Ricky Hatton mate
After 3 months on the beer and he won...the fight after he stopped Malinaggi.
And what do you think of A year on the beer is gonna do for Hatton against Marquez?
Roach didn't say any of that, he said Hatton wasn't that good on the night (and he wasn't), the editors of 24/7 cut him off mid-sentence. He's paid tribute to Hatton before many times.
I suggest you watch Pacquiao-Cotto 24/7 because he did
I never said JMM/Diaz wasn't a fight. I used it as an example of how counterpunchers need a few rounds to figure out the opponent. That explains why Hatton had SOME success in the first couple of rounds.
Floyd was just watching him and figuring him out. Once a counterpuncher locks in on you, the fight is over.
And I'm not a flomo.
:nonono:
Even Freddie Roach said Hatton was in the fight for 6 rounds and he was competitive in the 8th or 9th too as I recall.
The reason Hatton's performance dropped off was because he was taking big shots every time Cortez needlessly broke them up as Hatton would rush in after a break-up otherwise the last 6 were going to be like the first 6. He also chased the fight too hard when Cortez hit him with a point deduction diving in needlessly - again down to Cortez being a buttbrain.
Marquez was never in the Mayweather fight, it wasn't a contest it was an exhibition and insult to boxing, one fighter couldn't be hurt.
Course you're a flomo, and if you're not you're doing a great impression of one.
anyhow I'm out, it's bedtime here in the UK
Dude look seriously STOP

Your being stupid now, Hatton was totally outboxed by Floyd,
Wrong, he did as well as he could under Cortez who was on his case from the opening bell and even took a point off for Hatton punching a rope after Mayweather threw a flush elbow into his face and dived out of the ring.
It was a great showing from Floyd, Why discredit Floyd?

Hatton was terrible in his comeback fight
After 3 months on the beer and he won...the fight after he stopped Malinaggi.
Face it, Hatton is not a good fighter okay, Just like Roach said after the fight and the build up to the Cotto fight, he wont take credit for the Hatton fight because he doesnt believe hatton is a good fighter and it was always gonna be easy work........
Marquez is going to humiliate him
Roach didn't say any of that, he said Hatton wasn't that good on the night (and he wasn't), the editors of 24/7 cut him off mid-sentence. He's paid tribute to Hatton before many times.
Floyd didn't bully JMM. He potshotted and moved around the ring all night.
That wasn't even a fight.
Hatton had some good rounds in the beginning but once Floyd figured out his moves, it was over from the 4th or 5th round on.
Thats how counterpunchers work.
JMM did the exact same thing against Diaz.
so now JMM Diaz wasn't a fight...
he bullied JMM, it was a joke of a fight a fraud from Floyd, JMM couldn't hurt him and Floyd even had to steal two pounds, a disgrace to boxing. Mosley v Mayweather at the end was a more genuine contest.
Stop being a Flomo and wake the fcuk up.
Means nothing, Cotto went 11 with Pac but spent 7 of them running. Hatton brought the fight to Mayweather and forced him to fight (for as long as Cortez would allow), Marquez shouldn't even have been in the ring and Floyd bullied him yet still didn't have the guts to move in and knock him out.

Hatton was terrible in his comeback fight,
Sacked Graham got Mayweather Sr. in and didnt change!

Right.
Yet somehow, Hatton was dreaming about drinking Rockstar crumpled on the floor and JMM left the arena on his feet fully aware of his surroundings..
:lol1:

Had this have been Hatton against a no-namer, I would've boycotted this shit completely. But because it's Marquez... well damn, it's going to be tricky.
Floyd's main punches weren't counter-punches, they came when Hatton rushed in after Cortez broke them up, if you call that counter-punching fair enough. I call it Cortez setting Ricky up.
Floyd counter punched him alot in that fight im sick of brits blaming cortez (probably the best ref in the world),
He did a good job, just face facts any world class opinions hatton has faced e.g. Mayweather, Pacquiao he has been humiliated! He fought an old Kostya Tzuyu and thats his only big win and Tzuyu was past it!
Im a Hatton fan too I like his style and Attitude but I dont like this fight for him,
Coming back from such a bad loss to this is bad news cos brits like yourself honestly believe he can beat Marquez,
He needs a tune up at least
I'm happy that JMM is getting the payday he'll get for this fight. He deserves it. That doesn't mean that I will support this fight or have the desire to see it. Hatton is gonna get dominated unless the British refs show favoratism toward him like they usually do. JMM better not get too money hungry and force Hatton to come over here to fight.
The fight will be in Vegas.

It didnt cause much trouble for Floyds counter punching

It was not a fight at all,
Hatton tried to make it a fight but It didnt happen!
Mayweather-Gatti was a fight,
Floyd broke Hatton apart and finished him in the 11th,
He broke hatton off round by round with pot shots,
It was no fight
nonsense, it was a competitive match-up Floyd was even diving out of the ring to get away, the key factor in the end was the referee who wouldn't let Hatton fight his fight.
JMM/Mayweather was an insult to boxing.
no, Hatton/Floyd was a genuine fight (except for Cortez), JMM/Floyd was a joke which should never have happened.
