What happen to all the SMACK the MMAers were talking that boxing was going DOWN??

TO CLARIFY, Im not comparing the SPORTS, IM referring to the SMACK the MMAers or MMAstans were talking about boxing. THATS IT. NOT COMPARING apples and oranges, just the smack they were talking. I dont hate either sport, but i am glad boxing is making a comeback. boxing is fine. it was fine last year too. and the year before that. it's just not mainstream anymore like it use to be. mma just got hype because it's on free tv with cbs and the strike force thing and with ufc on ****e tv.

It seems that MMA has gone down and BOXING is rising up, for now. For how long who knows???? But one thing is true much interest has been sparked lately over the boxing matches and results. What happened TO ALL THE TRASH TALKING about BOXING?? Dana White wont even dare to challenge a Good Boxing PPV, UFC wont have a chance with international crowd and probably even with Americans. what do you think??? Not that big of deal to me. I watch both. The only people bickering are stans of both sports. Neither are paying my bills more than them providing me entertainment. There's no point to compare or bash either. Both have their flaws. exactly. it's two DIFFERENT sports. it's like bitching about football over basketball or hockey over soccer. mma fights can be boring but some can be good. same goes with boxing. i haven't bought much mma ppv's this year and i bought a lot of boxing ppv's. that doesn't mean boxing is automatically better. it's apples and oranges.
