Did he something before doing boxing?he looks a bodybuilder.
He looks great and more importantly he is in great condition with amazing stamina. Many guys look good but not many have Bradley's endurance. I think it was mentioned already, but he has said he does a vegan diet while in training. He ought to sell whatever he's doing because it's obviously effective.
My girlfriend is a vegan. She get's tons of protein through nuts and suppliments. It's really not that hard.
It's just hard for me to afford to feed her because vegans have to eat high quality shit. No San Jose microwave burritos for her.
exactly
For example... I'm 6'3" 190, it's all muscle

How does vegan diet = high protein?
Depends on what you are eating.
If you eat greens, quinoa, amaranth, teff, hemp
It's high in protein
If you're eating garbage ass soy burgers
fake meat substitutes
It's not
but eating a vegan doesn't mean you can't get a lot of protein, as long as you get the aminos that build protein you're good.
and there is juan diaz, who have a exacly same height and weight( 5'6 and 140lb)

bradley eats right and diaz doesn't
So Pac is asian, does it means he cant be built like a machine too? fuk outta here.
i think in some ways its slightly correct, asians are generally smaller than your average african-american in terms of frame, height etc... this isnt racism just afacts as far as averages go, this of course gives the potential for them to look bigger
also i think the darker skin tone often creates a bit of an illusion, black guys always look bigger than a white counterpart of equal size
its more of a testament to Bradley's genetics....you just dont see many prize fighters go as low as he does. Guy could of become a professional bodybuilder because he all the tools.
Juan Diaz on the other hand should actually lift weights and add some muscle on his frame, that way he can lose alot of the fat on his body and add strength. Its embarrasing
people who use genetics as excuse/reason why someone else is better than themselves or others are generally lazy, genetics play a small part
as for juan diaz .. why ? would it benefit his boxing career ? im not so sure, calzaghe is hardly muscular ... didnt do him very much harm.... this is a sport not a beauty paigent
it's genetics..african americans are naturally built like that..look at floyd's body he is like at 1% body fat.

When he was 11 or 12 his Dad said he could only have a quadbike if he agreed to do a hundred sit ups and press ups everyday for a year. He did and got the bike, he's got a good mentality, he also did bodybuilding when he was younger. When he was 12 he said he had tennisballs for biceps. I read an article for the magazine "fighting fit" and it documents why he is the shape and size he is. It's not natural, he's done more work than any other boxer to alter his body. Nothing to do with genetics, stupid people saying this should be shot.
actually going a vegan diet is not productive at all for keeping muscle, protein is almost non-existent in vegetables
nuts and seeds can have high levels of protein, but its more the calorie levels that would be hard to maitain i think
I knew it
he eats a vegan diet.
Which means he gets maximum muscle and minimum fat in a 140 lb body
Diaz is clearly very fat and not as much muscle which is why he is slow and weak.
Muscle supports itself
i would say it was twice as hard to build a good level of muscle mass without any animal produce in your diet, no meat, milke, eggs etc would make it difficult... however it of course does make him more impresive if this is the case
