Hatton-Marquez Verbally Agreed

Well Hatton have a big chance. JMM looked like shit agaist Floyd(Body wise), he was slow as hell and didnt look lie he had any pop in his punches. T this stage RIcky still faster on his feet than marquez and is way bigger than him! If marquez doesnt get him out of there fast, he will be in deep shit!!!! Marquez should stay at 135 and run shit there!!!!!!! i dont think hatton has a big chance. just look at hatton these days. you cant keep ballooning in weight, it catches up with you, and it has caught up with hatton. hes been KO'd twice now and not only is hatton physically fcuked, he is also mentally fcuked. money is the only reason this fight makes some sort of sense, and thats no reason to fight when your unfit to fight.

Do people have any confidence in JMM's ability to beat fighters that aren't done. Do they think that JMM is done himself? I guess so.

I'd love to see this fight too, i think it would be pretty damn close, it would be interesting to see what Hatton has left. That KO was devastating, and he has even more weight than usual to lose. If he's hungry enough (for boxing not chips) I'd fancy Hatton to take this one.

I was there for this and Gomez said Marquez had a verbal agreement to fight Hatton. Hatton still needs to say, but there's no reason why he'd fight Paulie instead of Marquez.

This is not a good fight, and I don't know why everybody is clamoring for it. People have horrible double standards too, because Floyd doesn't get any credit for beating Hatton, and yet JMM will.

Pacquiao's power is questionable.Beating Hatton means nothing because Hatton was finished by Mayweather & Lazcano exposed him.Beating Cotto has many question marks because Cotto was finished by Margarito.Yes Cotto gto hurt by Manny but then anyone can hurt an immobile target.I will only know where Manny stands in the Mayweather fight.If Manny had hurt someone like Bradley who's at the top then I would give him props.It took 11 rounds of continuously punching Diaz to knock Diaz out,he couldnt put away Marquez besides dropping him many times,such statistics raise questions rather than answers for Manny.All Manny has done is moving up in weight,I dont see any improvement as a fighter As for Hatton,he should just retire.He used to be a good fighter but everyone has a shelf life. why were hatton and cotto finished coz they had a loss? manny lost before those fights too you lose a fight and you're finished? I may be wrong but Hatton has about he same speed. He isn't as accurate but his brawling/hugging style will actually give Marquez lots of problems. Ricky's recklessness is his downfall, but if you can't KO him, he will try to go for you. A webbler 111 said on here, Ricky is a warrior. Even when he got beat up in round 1, he still fought hard and tried to gie it to Pac. He could have tried running abit to recover, but he came in hard again which lead to the KO of the year.

Marquez didn't cope well with Diazs pressure and Hatton is bigger, stronger and harder puncher than Diaz. I think it's pretty hard to pick a winner. 50/50 imo Marquez is the superior boxer but Hatton's size and strength might tell

Marquez is a bum now. That's what happens going 24 rounds with PAC amounting to 4 KD's and numerous times getting wobbled. Just like Morales when he went to fight PAC in a trilogy. By the time Erik fought David Diaz he basically got nothing left. He beat Pacquaio twice every neutral knows it and he has had good victories since their 2nd fight
