Mayorga would have been the number one boxer if he had boxing skills. Toney would be top 20 ATG if he had train properly. Hearns would have beaten Hagler if he had a chin. etc..

Not sure about the number 1, but he'd be up there. His punches always look like they should hurt much more than they do.
