rehydration clause for pacman?

I don't know if this is late or not but i read an article with trainer ron frazier on fighthype.com and he said that pacman had a rehydration clause in the contract for De la hoya and Cotto, basically they couldn't rehydrate past 147 after making weight. Can anyone confirm this? I noticed they did not put the fight weight for Cotto and Pac up on the screen. Is this why Cotto's punches could not hurt Pac? old news....this was stated fight night. for every pound oscar weighed in over 147, he had to pay pac, and also come fight night, oscar had to pay pac for rehydrating past 147.... oscar's cheap though, and got his ass beat cuz of it....
