The undefeated American (40-0, 25 KOs) is set to meet the Filipino (50-3, 38 KOs) next year, with a March 13 welterweight clash on the cards subject to the fighters finalising contracts.
Mayweather, 32, made his bold prediction while appearing on HBO Television's Joe Buck Live on Tuesday night.
"Pacquiao's a good fighter but I've been around the sport a long time and I've dominated boxing for around 15 years now. No-one has defeated me yet so we'll have to see," he said.
"The thing is, I don't want the fans to be really shocked by what will happen when we do happen to meet up because it's not going to be anything new - he's been knocked out before and he's taken losses.
"I'll be victorious, you can believe it."

floyd becomes aggressive when he gets hit...if you watched his fights, you would know that
let's face it, floyd will not go for the KO unless its safe, and even then he will be cautious.... he should've KOed JMM (a blown up FW).
he can definitely stop Pacquiao, you better believe it he can. why did Marquez hurt and wobble Pacquiao? for the same reason why Pacquiao did it to him aswell and also to Cotto, it's due to punches he couldn't se coming in, who is better at that today than Floyd Mayweather Jr? if Marquez could rock Pacquiao and be quick and strong enough to stun him almost completely off his feet what do you imagine a taller, stronger, faster, technically superior in each and every way to Marquez with longer arms and more, what do you expect him to do? of course slaughter him.
people think KO and they automatically think gruesome shots and shit like that, NO a KO can come from a mediocre punch that you just simply didn't see, here we have the best active fighter at executing punches like that against a guy whose been rocked by shots like that from lesser man and has felt it pretty bad, it's REALLY not that hard to see Floyd stopping Pacquiao, I don't personally think that will happen because I respect the shit out of Manny Pacquiao and I don't expect him to lay down but I can definitely envision how a Floyd KO/TKO victory can play out
lol!
-Pacquiao took shots from COTTO who is very dangerous. So, this fight will be very easy for Pacquiao in terms of not getting hurt.
.
You mean the same COTTO who also gave shots to MALIGNAGGI who also didn't get knocked down. Oh yeah... that proved everything.
This is misleading. In fact- it's dishonest. THIS THREAD IS A LIE.
At NO time on Joe Buck Live did the words "I'll KO/Knockout Pacquiao" *ever* come from Floyd's mouth.
He said, hes been knocked out before- when Joe Buck followed up on that, Floyd didn't say, yes, I will knock him out- he said; "I'll be victorious".
You aren't doing your cause any favors by lying, or trying to use lies to further your agenda. It's making you look desperate.
lol!
-Floyd does not have the heart of a warrior.
-Floyd has tiny little brittle hands. He can't hurt Pacquiao, at all.
-Pacquiao took shots from COTTO who is very dangerous. So, this fight will be very easy for Pacquiao in terms of not getting hurt. It's just the skills of Floyd that will be a problem for Pacquiao.
-Pacquiao will win a decision or by TKO/ KO.
I am just saying it could be possible Floyd might fight like a fighter, wouldnt you want an exciting fight? rather than watching a tag-your it game?
It would be great If floyd decides to fight toe-toe, floyd has a chance of KOing Pac if he catches pac quick and strong, but the chances are minimal.
Floyd tend to play like a boxer not a fighter.

Stop trolling....
Did Pac knock out JMM yes or no??
Pac fought JMM when he had his reflexes, Floyd fought the JMM that got himself hurt against the featherfisted Juan Diaz.
Mayweather was able to hit Gatti at will and could not put him down or stop him, his corner pulled him out because he was getting hit so much not because he was hurt.

i think floyd has the power to K.O manny if he sits down on his shots. People didnt think floyd could K.O hatton. am not saying he will but he has more then enough to do it likewise so does pacman.
I wish PBF would stop saying hes been knocked out before and lost before so it wont be suprising if he loses again.
Well it will be suprising because we are not used to him losing now, because he hasnt lost for a long time. Plus hes p4p no1, so we will be suprised if he loses to the potential no2 p4p in the world.
But suprises happen all the time, and if PBF beating Pac is not beyond the realms of possibilities/
he atleast dropped him TWICE in the first meeting, and knocked his ass down in the 2nd...
.
It was three times and he won a controversial decision!
Since it's been said that Pacquiao was struggling to make 130 in his last few fights at the weight, maybe he doesn't belong there as well. 140-147 is a different story though. Pacquiao is the better fighter. We don't need to see a third match with Marquez to know this, although I'd certainly welcome it.
any excuse for the first fight to make the pair ?
Even though I'm a Pac-fan I think that Floyd can win the fight, no doubt about it, but I don't see it being a KO. No way.
The best thing Floyd can have is UD... and if there is a KO, it should come from PAC.
