Come on, this isn't even funny i can't see it happen...
You guys cant even give an explanation as to why Pacquiao will beat him???
The guy just signed his death sentence? Sorry but he is not even going to be at 100% during March 13- Mayweather is gonna have a frenzy hitting that right ear and pot shotting that midget. Skillwise Pacquiao is an amateur, because of his speed he gets a way with it. I will see another gatti recreation made and all you pactards will be crying when its going to happen. Ask all the experts in boxing i bet every 5 to 1, they pick floyd over pacquiao for good and valid reasons
and how did you determine this?..because he has been knocked out?..because he has been cut and bloodied in fights?..because he has been in more wars?
i dont get it...how do you gage who is mentally tougher between the 2?..
if you are speaking on BOXING IQ (mental) then Mayweather beats Pac by a mile
with all the physical gifts pac has, and if he uses those assets smartly i do not see how floyd can beat him. floyds defence and countering will only work if pac comes in wreckless, but if pac fights the fight i know he can then floyd wont have anything to stop him.
that is why roach needed the time to devise a masterplan! and i know he will. Pacman has surprised me more than once, so I know he is not going to stand there like a post waiting to be knocked down and just swarm floyd with aimless, useless punches!
see this is the proof that all pactards do is criticize but theres no explanation as to why pacquiao will beat floyd
I'll bring this matter up with Team Pacquiao. They still got time to back off from the negotiations.
Team Pac is forgetting they are fighting the self-proclaimed Greatest of all Time. They don't deserve the fight because Floyd doesn't fight a 135-lber with a moustache.

How do I determine this? I see it. It's got nothing to do with Boxing IQ (come on, are you this dumb or just pretending to be?). Floyd has not been through the kind of challenges in life that Pacquiao has. If you can't understand what I'm talking about -- maybe because you lived a sheltered, comfortable life -- there's not much I can say.

So sick of people so effing asswipers!
During dela Hoya fight, manny was ridiculed for being a midget against dela Hoya. Oscar will kill him! Cotto time, he was mocked and told he has no business fighting a proper welterweight!
If there is no slight hope that Manny can beat floyd, then why da ****k are we having this fight in the first place? They might as well go play cards to decide who the real pound for pound king really is!!! save us all the time and money!
ive experienced alis and leonards time i know what will happen in the future somebody in this fight will stand out and really shine in the history of boxing and somebody too will just be a "special mention".
Leonard.. I did experience seeing his fights, Ali...I was not born yet I guess.
I was 9yo when Sugar Ray Robinson died, just to give you a clue how old I am.
This sport is amazing, whatever happens in March...whoever wins this, does not matter. What really matters is that in the time where there are no more Robinsons, Alis, Louis', or Leonards...we can get to see a what could be the biggest fight of our era. And we can exchange opinions or share our thoughts regarding this fight.
So just carry on....

Every gameplan has a counter-gameplan as we know it.
A thread asking "How would Pac win against Floyd?"
well I must agree, since PBF is undefeated, you would see more questions asked in the manner stated above.
The key to that question is to breakdown both fighters, It's advantage against flaw. See a flaw...capitalize on it. The first fighter to be frustrated, shocked, be uncomfortable, jaded or distracted will take the most damage as the fight progresses.
FMJ has more advantage than Pacquiao, I know that. Pac is still a student at a learning process, although he fought and beat future HOF'er with his old one-dimensional style.
So what if Pacquiao again, come up a better fighter than what we have witnessed at his last fight with Cotto?
A lot of questions can be asked, but Manny already wanted a clash with FMJ even before the Cotto fight, as a fighter maybe he sees something we... as just observers of the sport... would not fathom.
Before a fight happens this was the common scenario skillwise;
Barrera>>>Pacquiao = but who won the fight?
Morales>>>Pacquiao = but who won the fight?
considering these fights were considered fought by a one-dimensional Pacquiao.
I respect the Floyd fans with their opinion.. come retard or sane.
But in the sport of boxing, who really knows who'd win? that is why there are words like "upsets". Champions gets beaten in just seconds, legends get beaten by bums via a lucky punch, another unknown name rises to be a great champ.

This is what i'm counting on why Pac can smother Floyd. I'm an athlete too and most of the competition i know who i can win easily or not. Thus i know i don't have a slim chance of winning with, i already know as much as i know those who i can beat easy.
Pac has been wanting floyd since then.
Pac is the hunter, floyd is the prey and the prey can only run and run, but now he is hiding.

Never backs down ?
This ain't a movie.
If you get rocked you better come up with some defense because a true boxers will take his time and accurately break that ass down.
you assume that when i said "never backs down" means attacking carelessly, youre twisting my statement only to suit what you want to believe, thats delusional. try and watch "again" fights of pac and see what i mean, dont run your mouth and try to look like a smart guy because it only shows your idiocy.
You assume if Floyd catches him with a good one Floyd will all of a sudden become reckless ?
Or do you assume Manny has a better chance of winning the fight if Floyd rocks him ?
did i say when floyd rock manny?, whoah, go back and read it again. besides
do you think floyd can rock manny the way youre tying to picture when cotto wasnt able to do?do you really think floyd can rock manny now? theres a lot more chance for manny to rock your floyd homey.
Either way you should DUCK this thread, your homeys are slaughtering themselves.
flomos are the only ones ducking what and who, they have one good role model for that
At this point it looks like Floyd's fans give Pac more of a logical chance of winning then the Pactards do.
I will make a thread that explains how Pac can beat Floyd but right now I'm enjoying reading this shit your posting....lol !!!
It makes me feel better !!!
who cares about logic when you are being bombarded by asteroid and manila ice. you enjoy my posting yeah i know somehow i really have this knack for amusing delusional people.
im with u on PBF's bad style match-up over MP...
but lets try to turn the tables a littlle bit...
what happens when a fighter who is better, faster & with more unpredictable tendencies than zab judah starts to do his thing against PBF?
& knowing roach, he may have plans B & C also...
Also a fair point. But Floyd DID figure out Judah. He's also shown he could figure out slicksters and bangers. I got Pac 1-0-1 against Marques, but he never proved he could figure him out. I hope he solves Floyd. But based on what I've seen I have to pick Mat for the win. Hopefully Manny proves me wrong.
This makes sense too. But what happens when a bigger, better, faster version of JMM starts getting to Manny? This fight will be determined by who can impose their will and game plan more. I want Pac, but I think Floyd will not only come with a plan A, but a B and C as well.

floyd being overly defensive will be his undoing. when i see floyd fight he thinks defence before offence, against pac he will be constantly trying to defend and not get caught by pacs fist of fury which will make him lose rounds.

Good points Ray`.
Thanks Jab, This is why i alway respect you and your opinion, You talk the right talk and critise when you think someone is wrong, Nothing wrong with that in my book....:boxing::boxing::boxing:

Ricky Hatton had more flaws than Pacquiao, No skills, short arms, No head movement etc all boxers have there advantages and disadvantages, Overcoming adversity doesnt just revolves around getting in the ring and box, Looking at both fighters Pac having to fight so young and earlier than he would have liked and winning is a great example of overcoming adversity, Mayweather having to deal with a father who was alway in prison might be an adversity for him or a mother who was never around because she was on drugs.
Fighting with broken hands, injury is adversity so i wouldnt necesarily say one of the boxer have been through more than the other.

Pac has had to overcome more adversity because he has more flaws than Floyd technically. I do believe Floyd is mentally tough however. Anyone with the single mindedness to train the way he does has to be given credit for his mental toughness. I trhink we'd have a better gauge on Floyd had he been willing to fight better fighters as he's moved up though.

See Floyd isn't like Cotto in regards to Manny stalking him down and beating him up. Far more confident, fresher physically, and Floyd doesn't need space to fight like Miguel does, if you trap Miguel he has little answer because his defence isn't great and he couldn't out brawl Pacquiao.
If Manny successfully cuts Floyd off and traps him, Floyd is even more effective, taking away Manny's leverage, pressing in close, firing off counters, sneaky elbows etc.
As much as I'd like to disagree.....good post!
