I know Cotto stunned him a couple of times, Marquez did too in the rematch. I saw him badly hurt in the second Barrera fight but it was when Barrera landed a punch after the ref told them to break, he was on queer street for a minute. Aside from that his chin looks amazing.
I honestly believe that the second round of Marquez/Pacquiao II was more of a combination of Pac being off balance and of course Marquez throwing the right punch at the right time making him seem wobbly.....but he did not seem hurt to me.
THIS. Pac was about to hop for retreat when JMM caught him so his feet werent really planted when he got hit and made him look wobbly. It didnt hurt him, the Larios right in the 3rd hurt him more I think. But that was a nice shot by JMM still.
Marquez rocked Pacquiao with a three punch combo at the end of round 2.
It made Pacquiao do a dance. :)
Cotto's punches seemed to have no effect on Pacquiao, Pacquiao did admit after that Cotto hit very hard.
LOL so what if he was a wild brawler? He still got hurt in the second JMM fight. His legs kept him up, though.
If you re-read my post I said both of JMM-PAC fight, he was hurt no doubt about it.
I called him a wild brawler because if you noticed back then, he fights more aggresively, than his last 2 fights which he was doing some good counterpunching..
JMM II Pac was battered up. When was the last time we seen Floyd hurt and battered?????
Almost never, just against Chop Chop a bit rattled and maybe Zab.

The last time I've seen Pac genuinely hurt was in his bout against Larios in the third round:

the Larios fight...he was really hurt...he got stunned against marquez but 'serious' hurt was the Larios bout...before that was the Hussein fight...both of those fights were in the philippines
i would say Pac got a loooooong count on his knockdown on that fight... :D on the Hussein fight...
The Marquez rematch was just last year, some people act like if it was a decade ago. He might have become better but the fact is that fight was last year and you can't honestly become so much better in the short of time. Becoming stronger is much more believable, I see the same Pacquiao now that I saw in that Marquez rematch. Just a much much stronger one, same style.
True, skill wise he hasn't gotten too much better. But physically he's pretty different: a lot stronger, with a better chin. I also don't really think he's a brawler, not even in the second JMM fight which I haven't watched in a while. He's a very offensive fighter, but it irks me when people call him a brawler.
But what I was getting at was that he was making it seem like getting hurt against Marquez didn't count because Pacquiao was a "brawler," he still got hurt no matter what he was. LOL.
If you have never seen the fight, oscar larios shook him up nailed him with a big right on the chin, I think pac was very weight drained at featherweight, and towards the latter part of super feather reign.
Yeah Larios had him going for a few seconds there, round 3 I think.

First Morales fight when he got the accidental headbutt, JMM fights both of them Pac was still a wild brawler.
