to an extent but at the same time Ola has himself to blame for alot of it.
That is kind of a sticking point with me in terms of guys with his style (Floyd in particular) Bending down below your opponents waist is illegal, so you're putting yourself in that position using an illigal tactic. Giving out warnings or deducting points for 'rabbit punching' in that situation is simply wrong.
Their own damn fault, Huck did throw an elbow or two though.
That's very true. Most of the rabbit shots was at least partly Ola's own fault, yet some, particularly the first one, looked deliberate.
Yeah I tend to agree with this. Ola seemed to lose it more than Huck winning it. Ola seems to have more natural talent. He needs to work more however.
And let's be honest: Huck fought dirty tonight. Rabbitpunches and elbows.

I wouldn't mind a rematch, Afolabi knowing he has to start faster, could be good.
It'd be interesting to see them meet up again at some point but contrary to what PW would have you believe, if a challenger loses they aren't entitled to a rematch.
imagine every champ having to defeat every challenger twice? that's ridiculous.
It was strange, Afolabi didn't seem serious during much of the fight.
Huck is good, but Afolabi is talented enough to defeat him if he was more serious and focused.

i don't think huck dominated the fight at all.
i wouldn't say he dominated but he did clearly win and won the vast majority of the rounds.
anything closer than 8-4 would be insane.

Wegner: Only 3 minutes and you've got it!
Ola comes out banging. But he aint landing. Bad timing really.
Hard exchange at the end and the fighters embrace at the bell. Nice sportsmanship. Good to see.
I have it 8-4 (116-112) for Huck.
lol Huck drank his gummy bear juice, went into psychotic mode, when he unloaded with that flurry at the beginning of that round
pure, unbridled agression, he is fun to watch

Ola looks to work, but takes a right counter directly on the chin. Ola piles on the pressure, but Huck comes with a flashy combo.
'
Both look tired now.
Difficult round to score. I give it to Ola.
8-3
