This board was up in arms about Floyd ducking Manny. Floyd offers the fight at a legitimate weight, with a even split at a date that Manny and his team has previously mentioned AND an alternative date he also mentioned. The election period has a specific timeplan and Pac has been readying for it eversince he lost in his previous one and the reason why he also transferred residence status so he can get a chance of winning in his wife's province.
