Hopkins hasn't knocked out anyone since he knocked out a blown up De La Hoya over 5 years ago and since moving to LHW he hasn't shown any tremendous power and all of his fights have gone the distance.
He won't carry any power into the HW division. Adamek or Haye quickly put him into retirement.
Ex didn't look nearly fast enough tonight to be able to hang with Haye at HW. If he's serious about it you still gotta admire the man's courage though.
He's talking about fighting David Haye, not the Klitschko's.
Haye is a golden boy fighter too, so it's a real possibility.
Would he win? Who knows, but the one thing you can't knock him for is trying and taking the risk for greatness (once again).

I am hoping Hopkins was just playing around during that fight. He is going to need alot more than what he just showed us to capture the HW title... It seems like his speed just isn't the same....
