1. Is it enough time for Pac to fully recuperate ? 2. Is it enough time to fully promote a potential "fight of the decade" ? Your thoughts.... On manny sides i think no problem at all and in promotional side thats fine people are already talking about it before mannys fight with hatton and on the other hand its christmas season rumor and news is just flying. Boxing fans is just waiting for it.

if the fight does happen, im betting it will be pushed back to the first saturday of May. it is Cinco de Mayo, and Mexican/ Mexican Americans are one of the biggest boxing supporters (even though no mexican/ mexican-american is headling this fight). and by the time its May, that gives enough time for the hype. Past March Madness, it is also a good time in sports for boxing to shine.

i like the big summertime fights.better atmosphere.but these 2 are holdin up alotta fights so the quicker the better in this case

It's a shame that prize fighters just fight like twice a year, and take the promoters like 6 months to build a mega-fight that's BS. Manny is the closest thing we have to a throwback fighter.

As a boxing fan, Its never too soon to have a fight of this magnitude. However, if I were in either camp I would have pushed it back a bit, give enough time for Pac recoup and May's camp to formulate and prepare. it's either march or september. march is best.

pac will still be in shape so he will get more time to concentrate on the gameplan and formulate moves. and we dont have to wait too long so fuk it.

Besides, if they fight in March they could potentially have a rematch later in the year if it's a close fight.

This is why Pac is mentioned alongside, the SRR and Alis of this world. Pac is old school type boxers. If it was PBF it wouldnt be enough time, even though he dont take no punishment in fights. PBF needs a year to make one fight happen.
