The fight isn't over until the 12 rounds finish, Kessler had Calzaghe in trouble in the 12th. And it isn't from when he complained he couldn't see, it's from when he sustained the headbutt which opened cut above the eye. But he didn't start complaining until that point. So he must've been fine previously.
