around 15:01 "Floyd mayweather is the entertainer" do you guys agree? What I think is interesting there is he calls Pac and Cotto "just fighters" and himself an entertainer.. But Pac has been doing movies..and has released a couple albums that went platinum in the PI. So I view Pac as an entertainer too...there's just more of a language barrier getting in the way in the US to make him the full fledged entertainer he is in the PI. But yeah, I believe Mayweather entertains. I enjoy most of his fights... And Wrestlemania 24 or w/e was funny as shit

I try so hard to appreciate him as a skillful boxer, defending him at times, yet he always makes me ****ing despise him! He's a genius. I dont think ive ever wanted anyone to get beat more than him. There are just way too many points in that video where he talks shit. He has also beat many 'washed up' fighters. All roads now lead to Pac. HE WAS ON THE COVER OF ****ING TIME MAGAZINE!! The UK hates him. He was beat when he was 106 just like Pac. Morales didnt beat Pac AFTER losing to Raheem, but before. Pac has moved up in weight much better than JMM. They are NOT now the same size. Pac has never fought an opponent 2 weight divisions smaller than him. Pac moved up 2 weights to fight Oscar. 140 was Hattons best weight. Hatton barely beat Collazo and said he wasnt as good at WW. He doesnt mention Paul Williams or larger more dangerous opponents. And i couldnt believe he suggested Roach's Parkinsons is the reason he wants Pac to face Floyd. I thought that was low. Yeah, I wasn't really feeling him when he was discrediting every fighter but himself. But he made some good points about his own career, and how people will react unfavorably to a Mayweather win (whether decision or knockout) over pretty much any opponent he faces.

Heart, will and instinct can overcome pure boxing IQ. But in boxing its a case of scissor, paper, stone. I agree Floyd will probably beat him, but u never know. Floyd did need Roger for many years to teach him how to box in the style he has now perfected. Roach has made Pac a much better fighter in the past few years. On the Floyd-Corrales broadcast, they said Floyd Sr. taught him defense, and Roger taught him offense. He combined them to become a lethal force in the ring, as he showed in his destruction of the dangerous, bigger Corrales. Too bad that Floyd is looooooong since gone.

Not that I agree with him, but what does your response have to do with what he said? Point B has nothing to do with Point X Also, how can he possibly say that Pacquiao only sold well because he had a dance partner in Cotto when he's the very same person who not long ago said Cotto is not a draw. Which was not long ago and at a point when the boxing world was desparate to see Cotto and Mayweather in the ring. Also, he insinuates that Marquez isn't a draw.. Why the hell did he fight him then? If the cash cow can't be bothered with non draws? The public isn't always fair to Mayweather, but it doesn't help the Mayeather always wants to have his cake and eat it too.

An Morales & Berrera werent when Pac fought them??:sad: Pac fought them at their weight classes. The Equivalent would have been if Pacquiao was actually a full fledged Juniorwelterweight at the time. Agreed to come down to around 137 then said f*ck it at the scales and came in at 139 anyway. Meanwhile Morales and Barrera came into the ring beefed up with useless muscle. But that still wouldn't tell the whole story because Marquez matched up stylistically atrocious with Mayweather. Talk about securing every possible advantage. Just because Mayweather decides to speak in respectful language with a relaxed tone, and the gentleman conducting the interview is obviously there to assist layups.. it doesn't mean his words should be taken at face value. Although everything Mayweather said wasn't false, once again a surprisingly large amount of NSB posters Fail.

Did anyone else find it absolutely hilarious how Floyd kept harping about how Manny didn't directly state that he wanted to fight Floyd? Yet when asked the same question, Floyd completely avoided the question and went off on a tangent about how he didn't need to answer because he's "Floyd Mayweather".

Honestly the closer this fight gets to becoming real the less Mayweather hate will be on this board...Pac STANS know that skill for skill Mayweather is miles beyond him and will get a clinic put on him...... speed & power can never beat boxing IQ in the ring...I like Pac but he doesnt have enough skill or Smarts to beat Mayweather....Pac needs Freddie Roach to teach him how to beat his opponents...Mayweather doesnt need Roger Heart, will and instinct can overcome pure boxing IQ. If he's going to insult Pacquiao's career, then who exactly does he actually want to fight? He's talking as though Pacquiao isn't worthy but I'm not sure who is in his opinion.

great interview...floyd brought up some good points especially about arum and roach. Please, the JMM that Mayweather was miserably depreciated compared to the fighter Pacquiao fought at Super Featherweight. Saying that he beat DLH first means nothing. DLH had already been beaten several times. He makes sense frequently but he also frequently contradicts and chooses to paint himself a rosy picture. He's not fooling any impartial intelligent fans.

Muhammad Ali did NOT sell his legacy for 50 million. He sold the rights to his name for 50 million. Your legacy is intangible, his legacy is what he has done in his career. Not stamping your name on a T-shirt and selling it. Ali didn't SELL his legacy.
