Jones still has pretty decent hand speed, but his legs are long gone. He cannot move like he use to hence the fact that he lays on the ropes for 12 rounds now. He is pretty much a shell of what he use to be, but in his prime he was unbeatable. However you want to put it Roy is shot. His legs are gone. That's why he lays on the ropes more n his leepin hook isn't all that anymore. His hand speed deff isn't what it used to be.
