stop crying about the weight cotto stans!

I mispoke myself...My question isn't being answered here. I thought Cotto is geting fined at anything OVER 147, and would be fined on million $ for every lb he comes in fite night over the catch-weight of 145? I meant to say geting fined at anything over 145, not 147...typo. Then roach possibly calling off the fight if he comes in at 148 or over...can you imagine the crowds reaction to this? do you think all hell will break loose? I mean, i can't even imagine, cuz everybody even right now is losing their minds over this fight. Inside the MGM, the crowd is going absolutly crazy. People are drinking and the adrenaline is rushing through everybodies bodies and brains. Imagine if it gets cancelled at the last second??? Oh, my God. if roach calls this fight off at the last minute, i bet people are going to stampede like cattle and a lot of people are going to get hurt. I just can't see Roach taking responsibility for that kind of reaction. tbh i want cotto to come at weigh-in at 147. since roach thinks they still have a chance of beating him. weigh-in is a day before fight night. i think there will be a major concessions IF cotto comes in at 148 which i highly doubt will happen.

Contracts have been signed by each fighter for some time now. This is what it took to make the fight. I don't like it but Fck it now. Let the sht play out. They've had more than enough time to train and make weight correctly. Best man wins.

he will be fined 1 mil for every pound over the 145 limit they agreed upon. roach said in an interview that he will allow pac to fight cotto even if he comes in 147 in the weigh-in but not over it. but ya know what gets me, is...ok, everything is set-up for the fight. Millions of PPV's have been bought. Ticket sales are big. It's a packed house with deafening screams for these guys, and roach all of a sudden says the fight is cancelled??? can you imagine the consequences of something like that happening?

Then i still back up boxing chaos idea to have Cotto come in at 147, pay the 2 million in pennies dumped at the door of the wild card gym and send pac to the nose bleed section. He'll make up way more than the 2 mil in future fights. Besides, him winning this fight means more than money.

That's what I was saying Cotto will come in lighting fast + power... its all over kids. Pacquiao made the wrong move making cotto smaller do you guys think that manny will just stand there and take cotto's power shots and do you seriously believe that miguel is faster than cotto? not by a long shot. i think the jmm that many fought was faster than cotto. granted that jmm landed some good shots on pacquiao in those fights but the manny of today is a lot better than the manny 18 months ago. if camp cotto is relying heavily on the jmm tapes, they will be in for a rude awakening. people don't give credit to manny's intelligence. manny's ring smart and skills have progressed exponentially in th last 3 years. they think manny is still the one-arm bandit that he was years ago. but not anymore after his defeat at the hands of erik morales. roach has molded pac to a 2-fisted thinking warrior now with powers in both hands. this is not to mention his greatest gift of all, a blinding speed with a southpaw stance. equating manny to slugger and non-thinking fighter was the fault fighters and their camps past the 1st erik morales fight - just ask angelo dundee and floyd sr.

cotto can come at 147 and still need some miracle to win the fight. I don't know why people couldn't see the difference in speed and skills isn't that they're only just a fan of a fighter? Especially if he's been nearly beaten to death by a proven banned cheater. And I respect anybody else's opinion, but don't fudge the facts. Cotto's powerful jab rate which pull edited out of the link is Cotto=98, Mosely 71. It was that very effective jab plus the overall punch rate, Cotto was more accurate by 101 overall punches that won him that fight. And for what it's worth, i respect Pull, but the sig looks like a pissed kid wrote it, and i think his standards are much higher than that.
