He gets slower and more plodding in each of his fights. Not that he was ever fast but comparing Glen Johnson today to the Johnson of 2004 is like watching his fights in slow motion. He is still a threat as long as he has someone standing right in front of him but most light heavyweights won't. Maybe someone like Tavoris Cloud would. Agree with this 100%. Maybe Glen could become a trainer or something. This way he could still be involved in boxing and still make money. I dunno, its his choice, but if I was him I would seriously consider calling it a day. He didn't get beat up that bad believe it or not. Just like the commentators said, a lot of Dawson's punches didn't really land on him all that flush because Johnson holds his gloves in a good defensive position. I think he can make some more decent paydays fighting the up and comers in the division like Cloud and Cleverly.
