This thread is for Klitschko 2009 who has put me on ignore for telling him like it is.
Your boy sucks man, he missed nearly every punch and got wobbled by a guy nearly a foot shorter than him and nearly 100 lbs lighter than him. Quit crying man you always complain about Russian fighters losing or how bad Americans are. Get over it, the only reason dude has such a good record is because he is a giant.
valuev is a value fighter
Valuev is a giant who got by befuddling opponents with his size. He was slower than Haye, missed 95% of his punches, and got stunned by a midget by comparison. I agree with others that Haye moved around a lot but the fact is, he tagged the bigger guy far more than the other guy tagged him. The thing that is preposterous to me is the fact that people keep saying that Valuev was more active.
What does being more active mean really? Swinging, moving, jumping up and down? All those activities suggest activity, yet none indicate a victory in a fight Valuev moved forward the whole fight, true. The problem was that he was searching, searching for a target he could not find while committing tons of punches to kill the air around him instead of the fighter in the ring around him.
How is Haye supposed to push back a 7 ft tall giant, with a truck? He did what he had to do by outlanding the much taller, heavier beast with tactics that he had to use. If moving forward and swinging wins fights and punch landed percentage and effective punching means nothing then guys should just swing for the hills like a tough man contest because that seems to be what some people want to see- throw the technical skill in the trash because the FANS don't want it.
:boxing:
Its a sad day in boxing when fights aren't decided by how much the two guys did battle - But rather by hit me if you can.
The HW division really sucks:loser:
What did Haye do? Not punch for 12 rounds. How many total did Hayle land in all reality? 20 punches the whole fight?
If he landed 20then how many did Valuev land? 2, no I'll give him some credit, 5 punches. Better yet, how many punches did big V toss out there that hit nothing? 200? How would you feel fighting a guy and missing over 200 punches with a connect % of 0.003- a winner? Yeah ok.
I say let you try to fight a 7 ft tall giant and holla back when your done, let me know how you did
he didn't really landed a clean shot
I won't elaborate further but a midget wobbled a giant with no clean punching? More of a reason to give it to the small guy.
