i understand that floyd was just positioning himself to get the dlh fight, but now that he's got his payday, he has to fight mosley. no more easy fights.

Think a Mayweather vs. Margarito (At that time) could have generated 325K PPV Buys. I'm only asking. I think it would have done just as good as the Baldomir fight and I'd bet it would've done more. Imagine if instead of Baldomir, HBO had showcased Margarito instead? What if they put him in with Gatti (good Lord), talked about how he had held a belt for years, how avoided he had been, how much of a warrior he was...imagine?

No, Baldomir was the linear champ and he had people accusing him of ducking Baldomir, and I don't blame him for taking the mega money fight with Oscar but he should have fought Margarito, Paul Williams, or Cotto instead of Hatton and then retiring.
