When two top fighters in the same weight class square off, what do you think is more impressive. Knocking a guy out with one puch, beating the other guy untill he quits, showing off your skills and outboxing the other guy for a 12 round shutout, or a fighter showing his heart and pulling out a close descision in a brutal war? Remember the question is between two elite guys in the same weight class.

One punch KO is the most impressive. For instance, I was more impressed with Pac's KO of Hatton, than his stoppage of DLH, or his drawn out war with JMM
But I'm a rare kind of boxing fan. A lot of others proceed to downplay ruthlessly any opponent that gets knocked out like that, and hence, take away from the glory of the victor as well.
Dominating the opponent from start to finish. In a K.O the opponent can always claim lucky punch, not the case with a shut out. A shut out doesn't warrant a rematch.
Either a shut out or the war...a knockout could just be a "lucky" punch and is not necessarily indicative of skill or heart, which the other 2 definitely are.
Imagine a pick em fight where the bookmakers are struggling to pick a favourite and it ends in a total domination by one fighter where the other elite fighter looks clueless and out of his depth. Or the excitement of an all out war where you just don't know what twist the fight is gonna take next...
