parts of the reasons why Evangelista and cotto fought was that evangelista didn't saw cheatos wraps. he sent a guy from the team to see the wraps but that guy didn't had any experience on that.

Margacheato was not known as a big puncher. if you guys just use your common sense if there is any left there you know he cheated. there was no proof he did but no proof he didnt use it against Cotto. marg-mosley was california. marg-cotto was nevada. different commissions. maybe different procedures. could be!! but they should check for the same things.

SO, you dont seem to realize that the commission didnt catch it in the Mosley fight, and they probably missed it before. They would have signed and authorized the wraps, had it not been for Richardson. I think the guys has problem with reading comprehension.
