I would not question his durability, he took Macklin's best and he hits harder than Rhodes imo, maybe the weight has a lot to do with him getting KTFO?
I guess the Macklin fight would prove he can take one.
I don't know. Maybe it is all down to weight.
But he has suffered a couple of stoppage defeats now, at not world-class.
I don't think anyone who's boxing at the moment can make world level and that includes all divisions.
Kell Brook is our best chance and he's fighting at Welter.
I'm not too bothered that our fighters aren't that good because the British boxing scene is great.
I like Brook but his defence concerns me a bit to be honest, next time you watch him take note of how high his head is when he fights.
Yea, so it shows just how shit our LMWs are.
I think Small has talent, its just sometimes fighters take a little longer to realize their talent or dont have the confidence to begin with, it can take a loss to make them regroup and comeback stronger, not that Small lacks confidence :lol1:
On the whole its not a great div for us but! i think Small could do something, it seems he had gotten his act together of late.
Small lost to Pryce ffs!
:booty:
moore's been down 7 times in his career and he's been ktfo by a guy with a 15% ko ratio. pressure fighters with a bad chins hardly ever make it.
Well think of this Ðemise, Rhodes lost to Locket!!!!!!!!
Moore is not chinny though, he was also rumoured to be weight drained for the fight. Mathew Macklin hits harder than Rhodes and he could not take him out, Macklin knocked Elcock out quicker than AA, he knocked the Euro champ out in 1 round.

Respect to Rhodes for beating Moore. But I hope Small gets a chance against him before any title fights. Small would frustrate and KO Rhodes late on.
Small is better than both imo.
agreed.....

Damn, gutted for Moore.
I really though he was on his way to the world-title. He looked so big and strong at the weight, he was like our own Cotto. He just doesn't have the durability at the top level it would seem.
That said, I think Rhodes is borderline world-class anyway, he could win a strap. He's older now and wiser, and shouldn't be overrawed by a big occassion. Good luck to him, he's paid his dues, he deserves another crack.

Moore said he was struggling to make the weight so he might be a bit weak last night, Normally moore his more intense and can take a punch but for some reason he looked out of it yesterday from the shot Rhodes land on him, Not taking anything away from Ryan but i gave Moore a better chance at challenging for the world title than rhodes..
And Anthony small would probably beat Rhodes if they fight next..........
Great fight. Gutted for Moore, I thought his career had more upside than Rhodes'. I dont see Rhodes doing much at world level but then again, I didnt expect him to do that! So good luck to him.

No disrespect but since I didnt knew either guy, I want though their records and thi guys wont win a title. When you get KTFO y guy who are 14-3 and UD by Locket you are not that good.
Anyway the fight does sounds exciting, I hope we get the vid soon!
I have never seen the Locket fight but that is not reflective of Rhodes's ability imo, not say to say he will! win a world title but he he will be a decent challenge for a 154lbs world champion.
