Yeah I think it will be a problem of course but AA has proven himself to be pretty damn tough and we still havent seen PW in with a MW puncher. The styles are so different would be an interesting fight. Like you said AA by KO or Williams by decision.
Williams has a chance because of how AA just stands there with his gloves up. Whats going to happen in the middle/late rounds when those punches keep coming and Williams doesn't tire? I would bet that Williams would win.
You dont think getting punched in the arms elbows gloves and face 800 times in 7 rounds would have any effect on AA?

Taylor fought that fight like someone totally shell shocked. That was not Taylor in there. It was a guy who was too afraid to get hit and committed to just trying to finish the fight. There were no "bad intentions" in anything he threw.
They should have never let him in the tourney coming off a knockout loss. He had no confidence at all.
His game plan was out of the Jack Loew handbook double the fukken jab.
:lol1:
He was totally ineffective Im sure he was worried about getting hit but AA did a good job so I give him credit as I dont think JT is shot.

I agree... before the fight I had high hopes, I felt he could definitely be a contender... but when you saw him in the ring, he just didn't look the same, your right the "bad intentions" had left him.
He beat Taylor on points up to the KO. I think that suprised more people than the KO.

I agree with you Williams would fight the same fight he usually does which is why I think he would most likely get stopped, he is too available to be hit but on the plus side for Williams it seems like AA doesnt puch with his opponent he waits for the punches to stop then returns fire, it would not be a good idea to wait for Williams hed need to punch with him I think.

He KO's Taylor in the 12th round and now he's seen as a prime Mike Tyson.

I would to be honest... it's speculation of course, but I feel if AA stood there in a tight defense, Williams would be letting his hands go... in my opinion it's the only way he knows how to fight... that might be his downfall sometime also.. but nonetheless, I feel he would be letting his hands go regardless.
Also Williams mostly throws looping punches and punches from angles.. not straight punches so much.. he does here and there, but he throws a lot of looping shots, also to the body. His stamina is also 12 round stamina, so he will be doing it for the entire fight.
Still, the biggest question mark for this fight is, can Williams take AA's punch.. I feel Williams has a good chin, but this is different power... If Williams can take his shots and keep going on about his business then he wins the fight. If he can't, he loses.

AA will have to work if he doesn't want to let Pwill take all the rounds just by sheer activity.
However I think if AA punches Pwill in the chest, his lungs might collapse.
When Abraham is being punched, he does not punch back, but falls into a shell. Williams does not stop punching.
Easy and I mean easy decision for Williams.
They probably figure Williams may not be able to penetrate AAs defense with regularity.
Not to mention Williams workrate may change as he starts to get hit, its fine to have a high workrate when your facing a light puncher ala Winky but I would not expect Williams to fight the same fight with AA.

I dont understand how people are saying AA by decision.
It is either AA by KO... or Williams by UD.
Someone explain how AA wins by decision against Williams.

Williams by decision. I don't like him fighting someone who can hit that hard, though. Paul is tall, but he's not a natural SMW or anything. Abraham is short, but he is strong as an ox. Completely natural at SMW. @ 160 I think Paul could use his reach, stamina, and high workrate to keep Abraham defensive for most of the fight. Plus, he knows how to work the shield wall defense as he displayed against Winky. Wrap them punches around the guard and shoot them up the center of it.
