Because he doesn't have to cut so much weight his face is plump but when pacquiao dehydrates his head looks like when he fought during his featherweight days. I guess Cotto also has a big head. Mayweather does this all the time with his sparring partners. Castillo is slow and shot anyway. This must be a great hype booster for Manny since Hatton KO'd Castillo.

It's funny how Castillo was this massive Lightweight when Pacquiao was at 126 and now they are the same size and how Mayweather who was seen as much smaller than Castillo is now bigger too. Funny how things change.

Well after 19 years of this Castillo's body might be slowing down so bleeding from the nose ain't such a anormal thing. He usually bleeds anyway,he's a bleeder,he was stopped on cuts many moons ago and has bled many times.
