I actually see Cotto getting cut inside 3 round due to Pacquiao fast start and punching power and if this happen the judges can go home because we wont need them. However this is not written on rock, if he can overcome the first half of the fight without suffering any cuts then I expect him to be in the race until the final bell.

cotto isn't a bleeder tho
I can see a cut happening early since Cotto I think will lean forward to look for body openings and Pacquaio lunges forward. I don't think Pacquaio is dirty with his head throwing like Clottey, but its probable
Cotto I hope has that scar tissue healed up since I think that'll be a pivotal point to look out for!
And Pacquiao seems to somewhat. That's an advantage that I'm willing to give Cotto. I think Pacquiao would've gotten KOd by JMM in the second fight if his cut man didn't do the job he did on the Pac Man.
Yea that shit was right on the eyelid!..and it had him getting tagged ugly that entire round!..but his cutman came thru and handled that shit perfectly..
and definitely not Clottey..LOL
although this is an orthodox vs a southpaw..in which Manny, the southpaw of course, does lunge in wildly..so a cut is very probable..
but Cotto is no Juan Diaz..he doesn't fold under the pressure of a cut..so it's ok..

Cotto doesn't get cut by punches. He gets cut by headbutts. Margarito is the only one to cut him up like that. Not Mosley, not Judah.

I remember Cotto's doctor saying his cut against Clottey would about 6 months to fully heal and this fight is 5 months later. I know this is just a rough approximation but it's something to consider.
