Could you be objective for a moment? I like Cotto, I favor him over the 147lb versions of Hatton we've seen, and at that this stage of the game I agree Ricky would be thoroughly destroyed. At 140 c. 2005/06, I think Hatton's style would likely have defeated Cotto. If you feel differently, that's fine. But there is no call for the obnoxious attitude, especially when you follow it up with barely a sentence of explanation. Blah blah yourself. I like Cotto but he isnt the type to massacre anyone. I cant think of any A or B class fighter that he has destroy. Beat but not destroyed. It's obvious you don't know shit about boxing. Ask Quintana or Judah,both much better fighters than Hatton,'how does it feel to get beat down by Cotto. If this fight would ever happen Hatton it would be a one sided beatdown and if Haton's chins holds up he would be seriously hurt.

I favor 2005/2006 Hatton over Cotto at 140 had that fight been made when Cotto was a Jr. Welter. Cotto wouldn't have a clue what to do with Hatton inside and wouldn't have a strength advantage at that weight to keep him off. Hatton's footspeed and chin would've gotten him through Cotto's best work and his work on the inside would have worn Miguel down IMO. blah blah up until ricky gets hit with a jab ir body shot

Hatton's the reason I started watching boxing but he's finished now. He can't take a punch any more. Unless he plans on repeatedly rematching Malignaggi I don't see where he can go.
