Luis Collazo and the klitchko brothers
i dont think either is underrated the klits are the best heavies and collazo just gets robbed over and over again the man should only have 1 loss on his record...he cant get a break... the worst thing is that he wants to fight the best but he doesnt get a chance too i think another guy is paulie malinaggi
i think hes a top 3 jr welter and was robbed against diaz if he had power hed be unstoppable....hes a really cool guy too
I had it 115-113 the other way.
But truthfully I lov watching old tapes over and over but I couldn't watch that crap for more than 3 times.Thought Cory outboxed him but whatever.
Larry Merchant ripped him a new asshole during the fight. And rightfully s oIMO.The fight was DREADFULL.
Then we are in agreeance that no one should be forced to watch that fight unless they really, really wanted to. Same with Calzaghe-Hopkins.

Yeah that ring entrance he had with Zab the second time wa OUTRAGEOUS.20k people singing and chanting for him while Nelly does a live 4-5 min rap.
About the higher weights I actually thought he could have gotten the decision with Taylor at MW in a fight he took on 2 months notice.
I gave it to Taylor 115-113, but I could see why you'd give it to Spinks. Perhaps I was being biased, lol; I've only watched it twice (the live fight, and then online recently). I also thought that HBO went overboard with their lambasting of Spinks after the fight.
Yeah, say what you will about Spinks, IMO, he'll always be able to pull a crowd in St. Louis.
Yeah, the entrance is one of my faves. Not just because, well, it's amazing, it's funny in retrospect when you realize what happened during the fight.

He is underrated due to his style9boring) but he is/was very good.
Funny enough now that he is past his nest he is entertaining and gets fans to like him.
Just loved how he made that StLouis crowd like him after coming back from a bad start with Latimore.
True, I actually enjoyed that fight. I liked Judah-Spinks II too.
He's always been a difficult to fight. No one becomes the best at welterweight without any talent or skill. And at higher weights, he represented himself well.

I remember the ridiculous crowd that turned out in St. Louis for the Judah fight. Not many guys in the sport were ever that loved in their home city where they could carry a high dollar gate like that. The Nelly rap to the ring was one of the best intros ever.
I agree, as a pure boxer, Spinks is very under rated
:lol1:
I've always felt bad for Cory Spinks. He doesn't have a crowd pleasing style, and it's tough to always be associated with your former HW Champ dad (who beat Ali), and ATG LHW uncle.

Clottey-
Even though they gave the gift decision to Cotto, I think Clottey poses a serious threat to any WW.
Are you serious? He's highly regarded and has lost his two biggest fights (Cotto and Margarito). More people scored it for Cotto than Clottey (I scored it for Clottey), so... I can't call the decision a gift.
He also has a loss to Baldomir.
His best win is Judah.
People regard him highly solely based on potential... it's hard to say he's underrated.
