Taylor will beat the static and one-paced Abraham, mark my words!
Yep.....for maybe 8 out of the first 10 rounds. Then he gets KO'd. :)
Froch v Dirrell, I'm not confident enough to bet on it either way but my gut says The Cobra KO's him
Froch has a pretty solid beard. If there's a KO win, it won't be by Dirrell. This fight should be fairly close for the last half, but I expect Dirrell to win most of the first 6. I think Froch starts landing bombs after 9, and has Dirrell starched by 11.

I see Abraham vs Taylor playing out similar to Winky vs Taylor.QUOTE]
I disagree, in that Wright fought Taylor differently than the way people are assuming Abe will fight him. Winky was able to come forward behind a southpaw jab and back Taylor into a corner or the ropes far too much during the fight.
Abraham won't come forward behind a jab, nevermind one from a southpaw stance. Plus Abraham is like Julian Jackson compared to Winky.
both fights are hard 2 call especially froch vs dirrell
im picking abraham too win solely on taylors staminia/mentality after 6 rounds being fukked up
froch should beat dirrell due too andres inexpierience in big fights although his skills will give froch fits early on
i see alot of similarities between haye and dirrell, anyone agree?

:lurk:
Im getting tired of watching Taylor get KOd the first time was exciting but now its just old hat.
I see Abraham vs Taylor playing out similar to Winky vs Taylor. Like Chronic said, Abraham is not a pressure fighter and Taylor has no problem with defensive fighters who take their time like Abraham.
With that said, I like both fighters and i don't have a bet o nthis fight but i'm pulling for Taylor on this one.
damn i never looked at it like that , good point
Taylors overrated! So is Direll
Taylor's not overrated. He's an excellant boxer, has great power, good handspeed and mobility...he's just not able to get his stamina to where it needs to be to compete for 12 active rounds. Some people can, some can't. He can't. No shame in it, it's genetic. Sort of like my dick being so much bigger than yours.
:( I can't take another Taylor beating
It's OK, I like Jermaine quite a bit myself, but he is what he is....a 10 round fighter, and with his body type, conditioning to the level he needs to be able to go 12 active rounds may be impossible.
Nevertheless, I'm still a big fan.

Was thinking about this last week. It's going to be a bad time for USA in that particular weight division. I don't think either of these guys have more than about a 25% shot at a win.
That's a sick poster for Froch-Dirrell.
Both of these fights are too hard to make an solid prediction IMO. Too many factors in each. Hoping for 3 great opening fights.
I just hope that if Taylor puts on a masterful performance and beats Abraham dominantly, no one tries to downplay that win by calling Abraham a German Hype Job or nothing like that.
Not only will he be a Euro hype-job, he'll also be a blown-up middleweight.
Nevermind the fact that we've been hearing for a year that he can't safely make 160 lbs any more.
Fair warning...
The closer we get to Abraham/Taylor, the more I give Taylor a decent chance to pull the upset.
He knows what his flaws are, and he knows Abraham will try to capitalize late in the fight.
Remember Pavlik/Taylor II, when Taylor came out and fought a very patient, measured fight? He was coming off a KO that was the result of gassing out... just like he will be against Abraham. He knew his best chance of winning was pacing himself. Unfortunately he got outworked by a busier fighter. But we know Abraham isn't going to out work him.
I think we'll see Taylor pace himself and do enough to bank rounds but not waste energy trying to bomb out Abraham's guard. He will really need to make an effort to place his punches when AA opens up for one of his offensive bursts, because he leaves himself wide open and it's the easiest time to hit him.
Also he CANNOT stand square in front of Abraham. He has to jab and move, especially in the later rounds.
If Taylor can stay off the canvas, he wins this fight. It's not like AA has KO'd EVERYONE he's ever fought - just most of them. But it's not impossible to go 12 with him.
