Floyd is the best WW at this time BUT.....

Floyd is the best welterweight at this time. If he was to fight JMM or PAC at any weight below 140, it is a different story. He can be beat over 149 and below 140. He beat JMM simply because JMM is a natural lightweight. If he was to go down in weight the fight would have gone a little different to me. Maybe Floyd would have still won but not as convincingly. Floyd is simply fighting fighters that are not lagit WW. I think Pac can beat him but has to be bolow 140 lbs. I don't think Shane can stop him at this time, maybe a few years back but not at this day and age. In other words Floyd is the best P4P WW at this time.... My strong opinion
