I don't really see why people complain about Cotto's stamina so much..
When the guy is beaten, cut up, most of his fight he ends up winning by KO, or lasting up to the LAST round. This has happened a couple times even at a WEIGHT-DRAINED WEIGHT OF 140. The only time where he didn't make it was in the Margarito fight - a fight where a busted nose occurred in the 2nd round and if you box yourself ; you should know if you cant breathe correctly through your nose, your in trouble. How Cotto lasted 11 rounds with a problem like that is testament to his work ethic ALONE , but people tend to ignore this.
I'm not worried about his stamina come fight night, Cotto always works hard and brings it. The only thing anybody should be worried about is his gameplan on stopping Pac's speed that's all.
I agree 100% Well said. Very true.

Co-sign. Cotto is really the only person who comes to mind where he's shown more heart than 90% of the boxers out there, and still gets no credit for it.

Can already see the six pack, he's in pretty good shape for this early in the training camp. Hopefully he can up the stamina in the upcoming weeks in Tampa.
it was a close fight where cotto got the decision IN MSG!!! lets see the rematch anywhere other than MSG and Puerto Rico.
Actually, at best Mosley himself thought it was a draw so everyone thinking he won needs to STFU because the MAN himself felt that at best it was a draw.
Remenber Mosley is West Coast, so if its outside the East Coast, its to Mosleys favor,,,,so who gives a shit either way judges will be biased. East vs West. Plus, New York is multi cultural, its not just a place for Puerto Ricans lol
vegas is neutral ground.
no replies to this eh? lol
I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
Yea yea yea I have seen this before...
of course he got tired coz he had a broken nose and if you can't breathe through your nose then you get tired. so what is so revealing about your vid ???
if clottey clearly lost.. i just dont see how u can say that mosley won seriously.
both were close fights, but clottey clearly lost. clottey got knocked down and he gave away the last 2 rounds.
mosley was never knocked down and he pressured cotto late in a close fight.
he is just trying to get under your skin!!!!!!!
a little, but for reals... mosley/cotto was a close fight and might turn out different in a different venue.
When a fighter says "he might have edged it" about his opponent, that's saying he knows he lost.
again "might" doesn't mean "did". it was a close fight where cotto got the decision in MSG. lets see the rematch in vegas.
End of story.
nope, a rematch outside of MSG and PR will do it tho
He didn't start speaking up until he heard others making excuses for him. He knows he lost that fight. Along with everyone else but Mosley fans.
nope. he knows it was a close fight that could've gone either way. he accepted (like me) that he couldn't get the decision in MSG. thats why he wants the rematch, but not in MSG or PR.
He looks good and ready to go while Pac still doing all his shit. Anyway, it would be interesting what the excuses it might be if he lose. De la Hoya weight drained and Hatton overrated. Cotto_____________?

Haha, I mean, you're just wrong.
nope i'm right
First of all, the most honest anyone is going to be is right after a fight. After the fight is when a man is going to say the truth. Not months, or years, after, when he's heard others make excuses for him.
you ain't mosley. mosley is a boy scout. he wouldn't make a stink about it so that cottto can enjoy the victory, but he will make a stink about it if he can't get a big fight.
Mosley is not to gracious.
yes he is
You are wrong.
nope I"m right
End of story.
exactly, I'm right
If a fighter thinks he won a fight, and wants to be respectful about it, he says "it was a close fight, and he got the decision, what can I do".
that's what msoley did
They don't say "It was a close fight, I think Miguel maybe might have won it, he may have landed more punches".
"might" doesn't mean "did"
"may" doesn't mean "did"
anyways... fight are judged by rounds. its how many rounds you win, not how many punches you land. cotto could've landed 100o punches in the 5th round, but he still only wins the 5th round.
That's not "being gracious" that's saying you got beat in a close fight.
nope, that is being gracious. he never said he got beat... he said cotto "might" have landed more punches. he never said cotto "did" land more punches. and anyways, you win rounds.
Fighters who think they won the fight don't say they think they lost, just to be gracious.
mosley never said that he lost.
doesn't matter, there's an interview out there where mosley says he won, but you can look for it if you want to.
recently did it
90% of the boxing world also know you can't beat cotto by decision in MSG.
I wouldn't call it a robbery as it was a close fight... cotto got the decision in MSG, so lets do the rematch somewhere else and see what happens.
not necessarily, it was a close fight
false, any reputable human being would say it was a close fight and cotto got the nod in MSG.
that doesn't make what they say any less true
he did... in an interview a few months ago.
nope, mosley is too classy and didn't want to make a stink.
nope, like I said, mosley is gracious
you don't know what gracious loser means do you? it means that mosley could've made a stink about it like bhop or jmm, but he didn't.
no way. clottey clearly lost.
Haha, I mean, you're just wrong.

Fighters who think they won the fight don't say they think they lost, just to be gracious. Not even Mosley, and to suggest that is ignorant.
Want me to show you a video where Mosley admits that Cotto bested him?
doesn't matter, there's an interview out there where mosley says he won, but you can look for it if you want to.
I never knew you scored the fight for Mosley. You've been hiding it this long for a reason.
recently did it
I would say about 90% of the boxing world knows Cotto won that fight.
90% of the boxing world also know you can't beat cotto by decision in MSG.
Few called robbery.
I wouldn't call it a robbery as it was a close fight... cotto got the decision in MSG, so lets do the rematch somewhere else and see what happens.
If Cotto had not gotten the nod, there would have been WAY more controversy.
not necessarily, it was a close fight
Any reputable human being had Cotto winning that fight.
false, any reputable human being would say it was a close fight and cotto got the nod in MSG.
When people start an argument saying they thought Mosley beat Cotto, I immediately disregard their comments.
that doesn't make what they say any less true
Fukk outta here. If Mosley thought he got robbed he would have said so.
he did... in an interview a few months ago.
He might not have done it in the same fashion as Hopkins would, but he would have said something.
nope, mosley is too classy and didn't want to make a stink.
And he CERTAINLY wouldn't have said the other man won, he would have said it was a close fight. Keep reaching.
nope, like I said, mosley is gracious
Exactly, he LOST, and he admitted it. Even the late rounds, where cotto retreated, he was outboxing Mosley and still won 2 of the last 4 rounds.
you don't know what gracious loser means do you? it means that mosley could've made a stink about it like bhop or jmm, but he didn't.
that's interesting because clottey's fight was way more closer than the mosley win.
no way. clottey clearly lost.
