Will a KTFO win over Cotto skyrocket Manny into the ATG Top 25?

I just saw an interview with Bert Sugar on ESPN and he said this win puts Pacquiao in the top 20 all time, no question.

A past Flyweight Champion had never even captured the Lightweight belt let alone the Welterweight one. Even the old school press guys who favor older fighters like Sugar would give Pac his props for what he's doing. Very true, thanks for educating some of these youngers.

Pacquiao beating Cotto is a historical win. A great win for Pac's legacy. You guys can't put shit in perspective without being biased.

All of you guys arguing top whatever haven't even seen most of the greats fight anyway so just forget about it. As someone who's seen most of the greats, I'd say Pac ranks with most of the best to ever do it.

I think the majority of us can agree that Manny has already achieved ATG status. But just how great is he? Where do you currently rank him on the ATG list. If he does to Cotto what he did to Ricky, where would you place him then? Top 25 anyone? I'd say so. wonder what it does for Cotto if the opposite happens.

It depends what Cotto does afterward. I'm not impressed with him just fighting Top WW's, how about actually beating them and not getting gift decisions. He fought to a draw with Mosley, quit against Margarito, and got beaten by Clottey in the ring but Cotto won in the scorecards. Not impressed, Pacquiao should knock this phony out of the ring under 6 rounds. Then if Pacquiao beats Mayweather I'll consider him top 25 ATG, although he is ATG now. If Manny KTFO Cotto AND beats Mayweather, I think fans and experts alike, may rank him higher than that.

If Manny wins this by KO he will easily be top 25 ATG. Cotto is one of the best Welters around in a period of extrememly strong WWs. A former lineal flyweight title holder KTFO Cotto is just ridiculous. To everyone thinking it's not. Imagine all those years ago when Manny came over and bludgeoned Ledwaba for the IBF SuperBantamWeight title. Could you have imagined yeras later he would be the favourite to KTFO one of the best welters in the world (THE best in the eyes of some - disgregarding the incredible Paul Williams).
