Marquez vs Pacquiao I.

i don't understand how one of the judges didn't score it 10-6 for the first round. A knockdown is a knockdown bar none. It's not a matter of opinion of who won the round. If the referee ruled it as a knockdown shouldn't the judges be forced to dock one more point? i hope that judge got fired.

Most ppl had jmm winning them rounds AND THE FIGHT and them same people have manny p4p number 1 so why the **** score if your going to follow the dumbass judges? Fatass dan rafael and others

CLEAR, CLEAR win for JMM. 115 - 111 The first round was 10 - 7 because Pacquiao hit JMM when he was down. Pac won rounds 1, 2 and 10. The rest were clearly rounds for JMM, he was neutralising Pacquiao, he had a more effective workrate, had more accurate, cleaner shots. Besides the first round Pac did nothing of note, whilst JMM had several moments a round which caught the eye.

Good close fight. Haven't seen it in a while. :boxing: Thought Pac won this and Marquez won the second.

I gave this fight for Pac. The second for JMM Yep, thats how I have it. The first fight is a clear, clear win for Pacquiao IMO. THe second fight was much closer and could have gone either way, but I would lean towards Marquez.

Here's how I scored the fight: round Pac JMM 1 10 6 2 10 9 (solid Pac round) 3 10 10 (hard to score) 4 9 10 (hard to score) 5 9 10 (even for most of the round, JMM takes it near the end, cuts Pac's eye) 6 9 10 (solid JMM round) 7 10 9 (hard to score, JMM ahead early, Pac's rallies mid round then pulls ahead at the bell) 8 10 10 (hard to score) 9 10 10 (hard to score) 10 10 9 (hard to score) 11 9 10 (hard to score) 12 10 9 (hard to score) ----------------------------- total 116 112 I know I had too many 10-10 rounds. I'd have to go back and watch those rounds again real fukkin carefully to break those ties. :trink26:

Pac's boxing in this fight was CRAP. No wonder half the people thought he lost this fight, he won with power and speed alone.
