umm i kinda consider mosley and judah pretty fast and cotto ended up adapting pretty well and even made them look kinda slow at times. Cotto seems like hes very patient and calm in the ring and picks his shots as he goes and turns it up when he needs to which is working out pretty good for him.....just my 2 cents on the subject.

He wasn't that fast against Clottey :haha:. would u be willin to let ur hands go against a big strong counter puncher with a bulletproof defense? one thing people should notice about cotto is he picks up on openings really fast there just werent any that night

Yeah Cotto's speed can not be sen on that training video alone. However, he was not speedy in his last fight. I believe Roach when he said that distractions in training camp has something to do with Cotto's poor performance against Clottey. So we may see a different Cotto on Novmeber 14. But is it enough to stop the best boxer in the planet?

he does not train at full speed. if you guys ever notice he doesnt train with intensity

Cotto is fast he just moves slow but throws punches very fast when he wants to. IT takes a lot of his opponents by surprise. Pac on the other side is know to be very fast as and Cotto`
