He's used to going all 12 and letting the decision go to the judges. This is the 80th time Im saying it but he's convinced he's never lost a fight, and his fans feel the same way. Alot of JMM fans like to bring up him beating Manny, only because this was a rare occasion that Manny had to box 12 rounds. JMM fans busted a nut when Marquez KO'd Juan Diaz, as if he split the sea. But after the Malignaggi robbery the win doesnt look as good. To summarize, his fans are underrated as whiners

1st fight, 115-112 for Pac. Watched it a 2nd time, it could have been 6 rounds a piece but Pac still gets it, 114-111. 2nd fight, 115-112 for Pac. About the last 2 rounds, a judge and Lederman had it 11th round for JMM and Pac the 12th. Mine was opposite. Yes, most media had it for JMM but there were also medias had it for Pac and some have it a draw. The media and most fans said that it wasn't a robbery, a closed fight that could have gone either way, judges decision must be respected and stand. Even if you have JMM winning, it is NOT A CLEAR WIN for him. And if he was declare as the winner, you bet JMM would be excited as f&ck too.

Manny is a humble man, he knew he lost the fight. I liked his attitude against Marquez. So, you can read Pac's mind too.

there called 'KNOCKED DOWN' 4 a reason JR.. sure he got 'knocked down' ONCE not TWICE... so technically ur wrong.. his glolves didnt touch the canvas :) so 4 it is NOT 5... 'comprende!!' Its up to the ref to call it which he didn't. But there were some refs who has called that before, remember the 3rd fight of RMarquez-IVasquez. On the 2nd fight, JMM held on the ropes which prevented him for falling on his ass again.

Marquez winning nearly every round after the 2nd is such bullshit to me, but whatever. Manny won 7 rounds of that fight imo. I had it 114-113 in the second fight for Manny. Scored it 114-113 for Marquez when I watched it live on a stream. Close fight.

Marquez looked more confident than Manny that is for sure, why do you think he according to you pac fans "bitch" so much? Because the man thought he won. Looked more confident, JMM was just standing there, waiting for the announcment of the winner.

Just fast forward to 3:55 on this video when the decision is being announced. It looks like even Manny was accepting that he probably lost the fight. He was congratulating Marquez and giving Nacho a hug while the decision is being read. Doesnt look like the behaviour of a fighter who thinks he won. You see total shock and delight on his face when he hears his name announced. LOL, so your a psychic now, you can read what Pac is thinking. I will be one too. When Manny heard the first 2 judges scorecards, he was thinking "oh shit, just like the first fight, a draw". Then when he heard his name, he was excited. Just look at JMM, he was serious(in most fights, i observed him that way before the announcment of the decision). If JMM heard his name, he would have been excited also.

He won the second fight more convicingly. Only knocked down once and won the majority of the rounds. The first one with three knockdowns, the hole to dig out of was way too big.

Both are great fighters. The two fights showed: Pac had the better chin, better power. JMM the better boxer, better brain. As for the topic: I would say the 2nd fight. JMM outboxed Pac in the middle rounds. And IMO he won the last round.

Fight 1 and 2 are almost identical. JMM won more rounds in fight 1 but got burried in the 1stround for 4 pts. Pac should have won it but got a draw. 6 rounds a piece in fight 2. with PAC having the KD for the win.
