I cant believe he was asking the judges if they saw if it was a headbutt or punch that opened the 1st cut on Diaz lol... WTF? and even when the 2nd cut happened you hear him in the background asking "was it an elbow, was it an elbow?"...and then he ruled it a headbutt. He aslo made a Retard move in the Marquez/Jaca fight when he told Marquez "you can quit now cuase your ahead on the scorecards"... WTF?

I've never liked Lawrence Cole as a referee, he makes quite a lot of mistakes and shows bias to the hometown fighter. I doubt he'd be getting big assignments like this if his father wasn't a high ranking guy in the commission.

For me, Jon Shirley and Laurence Cole are the worst refs. Kenny Bayless/Tony Weeks/Steve Smoger, and Arthur McKanty Jr. are the best. I like how Arthur tells them to suck it up and shit when they get a cut. He knows the fans deserve their moneys worth and if it really isn't that bad of a cut or injury and a fighter is just doing it to bail out, he'll let them have it.

Yeah i noticed that... I think Steve "fight till the death" Smoger is the best Ref. I think so too. Any other ref and Pavlik doesn't beat JT the first time. I also like Kenny Bayless and Tony Weeks.

My problem is how he was all over Paulie for bullshit, didn't say shit to Juan during the fight, and let Paulies pants almost fall down to his ankles without pulling them up. That was bullshit. A guys pants are falling down, you pull them up for him. Thats just that texas bias shit.... I was pissed when Barrios was fighting Juarez and that ref was all over Barrios for little shit and took a point away.
