Lacy horrible performance

Roy Jones just made him look awful. It may be time for Lacy to hang up the gloves.

As I've said on many occasions, Jeff Lacy is one the most mismanaged fighters in recent memory. Post Joe Calzaghe, his handlers should have been putting him in with B and C level fighters to build back his confidence. Instead, they always opted to put him in with good competition and never really giving him any good tune up fights... I respect what Jeff Lacy has done in the ring, even though, he hasn't succeeded very much in recent years- he's never complained and has always given his all. Now it's time for him to hang up the gloves and find a new profession...

have not seen the fight but when you fight roy jones you dont look good........unless you're calzaghe.tarver.johnson Well Jones is very hard to figure out because he's UNPREDICTABLE, but why can't another pro boxer like Lacy do different things in the ring.

Lacy is ****ed up mentally. Hes always been a limited slugger , but he had the determination to get it done. After Calzaghe whipped his ass as soon as he sees a fighter is faster and more athletic than him he kinda gives up. People on him a little too much tho his only losses are to Calzaghe, Taylor and a past his prime but still athletically gifted Roy Jones.

Lacy is always horrible when he fight. He look like amatuer. I know but this guys are suppose to practice this kind of things in the gym, right? I mean try not to be predictable confuse your opponent.

I think the Lacy in his first professional fight would have beaten the Lacy vs Jones, he was awful. He's shot and has been since the Calzaghe fight
