augustus?? corley?? ehh im not sure they can really be considered notable boxers..yah theyre that shitty. those werent wars man those were backyard brawls lol, and chavez aint all that great either.
I think marquez will be his hardest fight, and it will be his first real war.
JMM looked pretty good in his last two fights though, however if JMM looks like garbage the Pacman fights will have played a large enough role but would not be the only factor as he has had many other fights.
Oscar did not look to spry after facing Floyd but with Oscar it has more to do with a lot of factors and not really the fight with Floyd. Hatton it could be debated that Floyd ruined him, but he was in a lot of tough fights so that would just be the straw that broke the camels back.
That doesnt apply when you had to have 2 fights with the guy, alot of people thought you lost both of them, and the #1 fact is that JMM has won more rounds on the judges scorecards than Pac has. I forgot the exact numbers but out of the 72 total rounds scored by the judges in there 2 fights, JMM has won over 40 of them so how could Pac have set it up for Floyd?
Sorry....if this isn't Floyd Huggin....what is?
#1 Two fights between two fighters that are considered "classics". Is Hatton/Floyd a classic? DLH/Floyd a classic? Doubt anyone on here would say so....
#2 72 rounds for the course of two fights. You say he won 40 of those rounds. Last I checked....36 is half of 72. So he only won 4 extra rounds over Manny...BUT Manny put Marquez down 4 times. I would say using Floyd's so called "logic"...Manny has set Marquez up for him.
#3 See #2. TS has a good point.
hmm? lemme think on this one.
exactly how many wars has mayweather been in?
......oh right, none.
marquez?
......lol countless.
Manny has set nothing up but more a drive in marquez to blow this clown sky high..mayweathers in for a surprise!!
Hes in for a WAR!:killyou:
Hehehe. You should take it positively Spacey. It means that you are no Floyd-nuthugger.
Floyd is my favorite fighter and I think he beats Pacquiao, but that doesn't mean I am gonna avoid my own opinion just for him. :fing02:
He might have not been there as mentally... but he was there mentally, yes his undefeated record went... but at the end of the day he was unbeaten at LWW... he was confident as hell... no excuses... Pacquiao beat Hatton more convincingly than Mayweather did.
What the fuck? What did I say there that was so bad?
I said the JMM win is debatable about Pacquiao, meaning... if Floyd destroys him he aint damaged goods from Pacquiao cause that fight was close.
I said, De La Hoya was weight drained... which he was... so that could be a good reason why it wound up like that... could! We all know that the healthier guy that both guy fought was Mayweather... but truth is, weight drained or not he still beat them more convincingly.
I said, Pacquiao beat Hatton more convincingly than Floyd... which he did, no excuses... any unbiased fan should admit this, simple.
I have said, the shit Floyd said about Pacquiao picking up the spares is bullshit and I disagree with it...
Whats your problem, what did I say that was wrong... everything seemed pretty much in order to me.

LOL.. Hatton was telling everyone to "mortgage ur house and bet it all on me".. does that sound like a guy who's mentally broken?? If anything that loss to mayweather opened hatton's eyes that u need defense against the elite and when he tried to improve it by hiring floyd sr. it still didnt work against Pac..
Well, Hatton didn't stick to the game plan and still used no defense... but other than that I agree with what you said.
I don't agree with that, there is a big difference between hatton prior to the floyd and hatton after the floyd fight, hatton was good just look at his win against tszyu, after he lost to floyd he wasn't the same fighter he never recovered(mostly mentaly) from that loss.

Chris John setup Floyd to beat JMM
LoL!!!! So true. Hahah. I bet Floyd studies the tape every night because he has to. He's fighting the 135lbs champ @ what was it? 144lbs? :gay:

And you dare to call yourself a Floyd fan, using all that garbage logic and what not.

The JMM win is debatable to some... but I do disagree with what Floyd said to be fair... DLH was weight drained but I give Pacquiao full credit, but Hatton was a legit win... no excuses, he beat Hatton more convincingly than Floyd did, simple.

also, Pac fought Oscar & Hatton immediatly after Floyd while JMM has since KO the 2 best LW's in the world. 2 guys who have never been stopped by anyone else in there career's
Using Floyd's standards, Pacquiao set him up and Floyd knocked him down?
