Compare that cut to the baby scratch Campbell sustained in his fight. They were both from heatbutts, and Winky Wright was in the fight when this happened showing that he could have had a chance to win, but being the warrior he is he chose to continue fighting and showed heart.
GTFO. some here are trying to be tough when they havent fought once or experienced what happened to nate lol. it's like death in the ring, good decision to stop the fight because he could have been blind if it wasnt for the stoppage. you guys are looking more stupid by the minute.
you know what? id rather bleed on the outside than the inside.
co-sign. Its hard to judge the cut when you really havent see closely. The cut may be small, but it might be deep as well. Deep wound is more dangerous than an big external wound depending on what it cause it just like internal bleeding is worse than external bleeding.

And in the first fight Vazquez fought like 3 rounds unable to breathe because his nose was very visibly out of alignment.
and in the 3rd round after the cut Nate looked unmistakably bothered, it was a clear turning point, his game went from 60% to 0% in that round and hje barely hung on cuz he couldn't see him, same shit different person except Nate didn't quit, Vasquez was hit with a punch that broke his nose and he quit off that Nate recieved an ACCIDENTAL HEADBUTT BEFORE THE END OF THE 4TH ROUND and if you know anything about Boxing you'd know that automatically it's a ND, nothing else to say unless it's Nate was right bro..
Nate Campbell should realize he is a 5 loss fighter going against an undefeated star in the making and he is going to catch no breaks. When a chance like the fight against Bradley comes up you don't just give in expecting the no contest, even if you are right. You have to EARN superstardom, not expect it to be given to you.
hard work and determination will always prevail, you could have more than 10 losses and if you've fought your way into a shot you'll get it, don't talk to me about his losses as a reason why he should have taken such a stupid risk. right there and then he could have stepped out of the fight without a TKO loss and that was the point of it all, he had ALL the right and reasons to and it should have happened..
you talking about Bradley like Bradley is the only big fight Nate will ever get man and that's banana's, Nate has to lose his next few to be in such a tight spot as you're making it out to seem he is in.
Nate gave it his all, the cut ****ed with him and due to blurred vision he knew he couldn't see, with a cut like that and a guy punching as fast as Bradley there is no question you take the No Decision, it's simple, whether or not you like or dislike his choice is up to you, 100% opinion but the only FACT here is that Nate was 100% right and you can talk all the shit you want but you would have done it too.
it's foolish to imply Nate is anything less than a ****ing warrior man, in and out the ring too yo you are TRIPPIN..
And quit...and lost.
At least he gave it a shot. I have more respect for that. Nate gave up as soon as the head butt happened. He decided to bank on an unsure no contest and yell at the ref for the 3rd round rather than fight.
Nate said after the fight he is the only fighter that never complains about decisions. Are you kidding me? All he does is complain about everything. When Peden knocked his dumbass out he complained about that.
I know that Israel Vazquez fought Rafa with a detached retina for 12 rounds in one of the best fights of all time.
What does me fighting have anything to do with Nate quitting?
I was just curious as to where your knowledge begins and ends with boxing. You seem to just post things in order to get a rise out of people without really posting with any substance.
If you knew what it was to step in the ring, then i would say that you had every right to call someone a quitter. There's no doubt that Nate quit, but to label the man a quitter for circumstances which were out of his control, is childish.

Winky is a cool guy but one of the most boring fighters of all time. I'm not sure what you mean by Winky taking full advantage of his chance. Winky never did make it to superstardom.
He finally got a big fight against Shane Mosley, and won. Then he won the rematch. This led to an even bigger fight against Trinidad, where he destroyed Tito. He was able to get fights and become a star he never would have been because of these fights. You think Bernard Hopkins or Jermain Taylor would have given a tough fighter like Winky a fight unless he wasn't a star? You think Trinidad would have bothered with Winky Wright unless he had earned newfound stardom against Shane Mosley?
He knew that right away huh?
LOL...
I guess Nate is a doctor and a shitty fighter.
Who knew?
Yes and if you weren't so ignorant, you'd know how he knew that right away.
Do you fight, Jack?

Earn your stardom? You mean like being the 3 belt lightweight champion of the world? Nate went to Mexico to a bull ring and took Juan's belts back home with him. Nate also fought his ass off against one badass dude in Ali Funeka when he had absolutely NOTHING to gain. If Nate was a quitter, the Funeka fight was his perfect opportunity. He had already lost his belts on the scales and instead of bitching out, he fought.
He knew that right away huh?

It's bullshit. Yo Dap seriously if you were truly blind in one eye would you have time to scream about a decision, and stare down everyone, or would you want medical attention ASAP?
Winky Wright was once in the position Nate Campbell is in, on the outside of superstardom with no one fighting him. He took full advantage of his chance, and Nate Campbell could learn something from a fighter like Winky.

there is nothing wrong with Nate complaining about the head butt. I could understand if it didn't accidentally happen on it's own, it wasn't like Nate planned it. it was a bad cut, he never got off into the fight and now with this cut he definitely wont so why not put into effect the rules of Boxing? it was the cut that stopped him man, you can make the case that the cut would or wouldn't have eliminated his chance in the fight but it's all speculation, all we are left with is the FACT that there was an accidental head butt prior to the end of the 4th round therefore it is automatically, and without question, ruled a No Decision. Nate was 100% right and to imply that Nate isn't a warrior just because he chose to put in effect the proper ruling especially in his position is insane, the man fought wars, gave Juan Diaz his first loss man he is all class, he always brings the heat man. Nate is a warrior but shit like that is a part of the game, a game where being that there's health and much more on the line concerning longevity you MUST take the good with the bad, this was just a piece of the bad..

Nate didn't just get cut... he had a vitreous hemorrage (spelling?).
Winky Wright wanted Hopkins title, and wouldn't bow out, Nate Campbell obviously didn't want Bradly's title, and was happy with just getting the paycheck.
I made a sig for that cunt Campbell.
"I can't see, I can't see...wah wah waaaaahhh"....
ITS BOXING NATE, ITS PART OF THE JOB DESCRIPTION!!!
