Alfredo Angulo is gonna face Nazim Richardson trained, Gabriel Rosado, next week on ESPN2. The kid is a good tough counter puncher and Angulo is slow. If Angulo does win, it'll be a close, controversial decision where he comes on late. Bad style match-up for el Perro.
i feel ya about rosado, he's a good fighter, and determined, but the one thing that comes to mind, is angulo being hungry after taking his first loss, and he may want to prove something after his last performance, which he was quoted as being sick during training and leadin up to the fight.
so if he is a 100% he ownt look like he did against cintron and he might come out guns a blazing.
that is what i expect out of him, judging by his character of being a competitor......................
i look forward to this fight, i wish i was going to be in town for the fight, otherwise i would drive out ot stateline and watch it live, they've been putting on shows out there a lot, really good venue..........
I really like the documentary but Im too biased with El Perro. Im from the border town of Calexico in California and it Borders Mexicali, where el perro is from. I was practically raised in Mexicali and its a really tough place to be brought up in. El Perro finished off well in a lack luster performance against a former title holder in kermit cintron who is not shot Ouma, so I mean i think Perro will be too tough for this kid.
wow this guy beat kassim ouma 20 days after his previous fight..so he must of taken it on very short notice..wow i have a strong feeling hes gonna upset angulo
Have not seen any of Gabe fights. So I threw his name in youtube and this little documentary came about him. I like watching any doc made about a fighter. So if anyone is interested here it is.

i jus watched it,
one thing about documentarys, they get you personally involved with the fighter, now imma root for him to beat angulo :boxing:

I don't think Angulo will lose but Rosado will not be a walkover, he's a spoiler.
After seeing Rosado fight Moore and Guerrero, at the very least, he's gonna make it extremely close. Angulo is tailor made for him, but Alfredo could very well overcome that since I think he's a level above.
I'd take my chances on this one though.
