Might actually end up being a pretty good fight. Diaz is a pretty good hitter. If he hit Marquez like he did Holt it would be lights out for Marquez. I say Marquez would win by a wide ud though. Diaz has a pretty good chin.

We know Diaz loves to come forward, so does Pac that's why they went at it the way they did but JMM is a counter puncher and against Diaz I think he picks him apart from the outside. I could see this fight stopped from cuts or KO earlier than you might think. He stood toe 2 toe with Juan Diaz , something he shouldn't have done and dominated Juan for the majority of the fight. He boxes David Diaz and he could easily KO him or ref stoppage... Very, very true. Marquez is certainly a counterpuncher first and foremost, but he does like to scrap from time to time as well.
