it depends on what the point of this thread is, if its who best used their stance from a technique viewpoint then you would have to say that its sweet pea followed by hagler, pac and calzaghe.
if it the point of the thread is who is the greatest southpaw of all time (incliding style, achievements, comp faced and comp beaten) then imo its hagler followed closely by sweet pea and then pac.
Without a doubt in my mind it's Whitaker.
De La Hoya should basically be considered southpaw. Even though his stance is officiall called orthodox, he is basically standing southpaw because he is left handed.
Pacquiao's winning the poll already.
Really? Over Hagler and Whitaker?
Really? :lol1:
yep lol, about 1/5 of this whole website is die hard pacfans lol, so whattya expect lol
Vote Winky, just coz I like him. I also think he is the hardest to beat on that list.
Honorable mention to Pacquaio and Whitaker (though I think he's slightly overrated)
I havent watched that much of Hagler so I didnt even consider him
Whitaker by a landslide.
After that, Pac takes the #2 spot, with Hagler taking #3, Wright taking #4, and everybody else battling it out for the rest of the spots.
