Forrest was a wrecking machine back in the late 90's, i'm surprised he never fought DLH or TRINIDAD.
or were they both ducking Forrest?
all of those 2 fights would've been great.

they were fighting in different weight classes idiot, Trinidad was at middleweight and Forest was at 147..
Ike Quartey>>>>>>Forrest.......
ask Vince Phillips ..since you cant ask forrest no more.....
forrest screwed himself by losing.....he wouldve lost to both anyway...
What if Tito stayed at WW?
who would you like winning?
Don't know. Forrest was wicked but Tito was much bigger. I'm not sure I would favor Tito just because Forrest isn't the two things that give Tito's problems. 1)Bigger than Tito 2)A Defensive savant. Add to that Tito's power at WW was amazing.
Tito was already at 154 and trying to slowly make his move towards RJJ by the time Forrest and SSM were real WW contenders.
One thing about Tito is that he fought the best out there in each weight class he was in. Oba Carr, ODLH, Pernell, Reid, Vargas, Joppy, Winky, Hopkins.

The only reason is Ricardo Mayorga.
Had Forrest unified the welterweight divison, he would have probably got the DLH fight. Instead he got knocked out and lost the rematch. Trinidad was higher in weight and had much bigger fights then Forrest.
IMO DLH and Trinidad would have beat him, if they ever fought.

Delahoya definitely ducked Forrest and Winky Wright courtesy of Bob Arum.

DLH was no doubt ducking forrest. the question isnt weather or not forrest would win but if DLH would be able to last the distance.
i would favor him over tito too, although i could see tito beating him aswell. but im leaning heavily towards forrest.
Tito vs. Forrest would've been an incredible fight at, say, 152lbs. OMG.

He ended up losing to Mayorga so the super fights never happened
I think de la hoya was over his gift decision limit. and he only had 1 left so he saved it for the sturm fight.
LMAO
very tought fight for DLH or tito
but i got my boy by SD (tito)
