Cotto wont be P4P #1 after a loss to Margarito and fight with a unknown Jennings for a weak title and a lack luster win against Clottey a win with Pac will surely move him up, but not #1. He will have to do more a look better doing it. He can still unify the WW division he has rematches with WW champ Mosley and a controversial loss with Margarito leaving doubt in the minds of many. He has a way to go. but floyd was #1 fighting against bruseles, gatti, baldomir and a SD agaisnt DLH??? LOL

yeah cotto would be ahead of williams...but williams will be up there with a win against sergei dzindziruk..and he'll move up again if rafa and izzy fight for the fourth time with the loser dropping out of the top 10 no doubt that williams will be in the p4p list its just that he wont outrank cotto specially if cotto was able to beat pac :cool2:

Personally, I don't think Cotto is good enough or will be good enough to be p4p#1.

I actually think people would have Floyd over him since he will have beaten JMM by that time. I also see Mosley being over him despite the head to head loss which would be strange. Maybe Williams also but thats about it or atleast that I can think of. Even though people think that Margarito cheated, it still happened and people cant get that out of there head. Then you add to that he just doesnt look the same. Ofcourse he would have to look good to beat Pac but I just dont think it would be enough considering how he's recently looked. I do think alot of writers would have him #1 though floyd wont get credit for beating a lightweight champ and how can williams outrank cotto in the p4p list specially when cotto beats pac? :thinking:
