No way! Shane should not even consider 140. He'll just be another guy who went out a shell of himself by losing too much weight. Think Ray Leonard, De La Hoya, Roy Jones, Muhammad Ali, Riddick Bowe. Dont do it Shane, chase Mayweather and Cotto and dont touch Pacqiou at anything under 145.

Not really I frown upon catchweights because typically the bigger guy will be at a disadvantage and if your in need of a catchweight, you probably shouldn't fight the bigger guys...but these fighters sign the contracts and when they do, it's open season

I'm a Shane fan but he should be fighting Clottey and PW. Getting down to 140 will be tough. Performing effectively at 140 will be nearly impossible for him at this point. If he wants to do something that stupid Pac should accept the gift

I will frown upon Team Pac if they chose a 37 year old man 10 years removed from that weight class to fight as opposed to a prime champ in Cotto But hey, if they do sign off on it, all bets are off and I'm hoping for a KO of SSM so the whining can end.
