After arriving in Manila from General Santos City, Pacquiao said he had a check-up at a hospital since he was not feeling well. “’Di na maganda pakiramdam ko,” Pacquiao said. The doctors at Cardinal Santos Hospital performed an endoscopy, a medical procedure wherein a flexibile tube is inserted into a person's body, commonly the mouth, allowing for a close look at the patient's stomach, intestines and other interiors. “Masakit. Pinatulog ako, tinurukan ako ng gamot sa Cardinal Santos…May ipinasok sa akin ," he said, describing the procedure done at the hospital. "Dun nalaman yung aking ulcer sa tiyan.” The boxing champ immediately proceeded to the shooting of his newest action flick, "Sa Ngalan ng Busabos," after his medical check-up. Film director Carlo J. Caparas and his wife Donna Villa said they were honored to be given priority by Pacquiao for the local film shoot despite an offer to make a Hollywood movie with US action star Sylvester Stallone. “Salamat pinahalagahan niya ito,” said Villa. Caparas, for his part, said working with Pacquiao is like having the late Fernando Poe Jr. on his set again. “Parang nabuhay muli si FPJ,” said the movie director.
