Does Chambers have a good chance to beat Wlad?

eddie gave that fight to povetkin by taking mid rounds off and toying with that slug. exactly... if it were not for the middle 10 rounds Eddie "took off", the outcome could have been completely different... Povetkin should have permitted Eddie to hit him at will and stopped throwing punches, so that Eddie had an easier time letting his hands go.

I don't think he'd win but I'd give him a shot. I think Chambers would do better against Vitali who looked a little sloppy in his last fight. Chambers needs to be able to succeed where other heavyweights have failed, in getting in range to fire a shot that lands on the Klit bros. I think he'd be able to do it for Vitali but Wlad is iffy because his guard is so good right now...

i dunno, if eddie gets moving big time and keeps his defence tight i can see him giving wlad a decent fight eddie would need to condition himself like crazy, even coming in at 203 or so would be good, because he'd need to move laterally non stop for the whole fight, and move around wlad, catch him as he turns etc like what my trainer who is russian says when i spar big guys he always says "you little weight, you move you hard to hit, you stand still you easy hit" thats the basic principle of what eddie needs to do, if he moves, wlad is gonna have difficulty catching him, if he stands still......its all over moving might be enough to survive (which is what Ibragimov did), but that alone may not be enough to offer a competitive resistance; i guess one should be able to fire very well while moving ...

I voted he would easily lose. The only way Wlad is going to lose at this stage of the game is if someone knocks him out. Chambers does not have enough power to hurt him. The only guy that has a great chance to beat Wlad right now is Vitali, and i would still favor Wlad. People just don't see how much Wlad has improved over the last 6-7 years. He gives his opponents practically nothing to work with because his game is extremely tight. It will take a huge effort by a big puncher to take him down, and i just don't see any on the horizon. Chambers would be wise to wait in the wings as I think Wlad might retire after a couple more years. Then the Chambers/Povetkins etc can very well work their way to the top.

Chambers has quick hands but he gets lazy in the ring and doesnt stay active enough. Wlad will tee off at will against him and keep him away with the jab. Besides that Chambers is a small HW...he really doesn't have much of a chance against the Kiltschko bros...then again anything is possible but slim to none IMO

Yes chambers no chance at all vs klitschko! If chambers wants ever to win a title he should go after valuev! Not a bad boxer i like his clevernes! He comes alwys with a good game plan! But klitschko end ot the road!

Does Chambers have a good chance to beat Wlad? I think his chances are small because despite his great speed he has no KO power. his power is the least of his worries. He has little headmovement and just stands in front of you with his guard up. Wlad will tear him up with his jab, his right hand and he'll slip in some uppercuts as well. Easy work for Wlad. 5th round tko.
