At first i thought he was ok cuase he spoke his mind but recently hes been nutthuggin and talking down on fighters bad. With the Angulo fight he started talking about how he was outboxing cintron. As soon as it started looking bad for angulo, Max started talking about how one dimensional and slow angulo is.
In the Andre berto fight all he did was talk shit about berto.. Berto was winking at kellerman not knowing the whole time max was talking down on him... and last night it seemed as he was just trying to make Ortiz look stupid.
He should get in the ring himself and stop talking shit about these fighters. :damnit:
Actually I enjoy his comments, Steve Bunce in the UK and Max Kellerman in the US, they really make it more entertaining to watch fights, the rest of the commentators are just as funny as watching paint dry

kellerman is a tool and knows which fighter HBO wants to win, but when he sees shit he tells it like it is (like berto's ruiz-like performance against urango).

he's a commentator. he commentates on what is happening.
Berto clinched too much in that fight with Urango, I'm glad someone talked shit about him. That is not how champions fight, no wonder why his team want nothing to do with Cotto, Clottey, or Mosley.
