wow... such insight... did you ever think people can learn from thier misatake?? How many great fighters are winless? Your beloved Cotto... I respect him for taking a knee casue he knew... "you know it's just not worth it right now...something isn't right... or I made a mistake that I can learn from later on...and guess what... he was fighting plaster cast man...
Don't you ever compare Ortiz to a warrior like Cotto. Cotto deserves better you punk.
Look at Khan, he lost and came back , if anything khan has improved and so can victor.
Good point mate. Classic example. Hey i wonder who would be favoured if they met now?
Ortiz wont quit. He just lost the biggest fight of his career thus far and must have a lot of mixed emotions right now. It'll be a difficult few months but when this dies down he'll have the desire to step back in the ring.Look at Khan, he lost and came back , if anything khan has improved and so can victor.
I don't think he *wiil* quit, he acknowledged he didn't listen to his corner whatsoever.
I think he definetly *should* quit. He shows he doesn't have the stuff you can't measure, he basically said all the stuff you aren't suppose to say in a post fight interview. Crowd got to him, not going out on shield, doesn't want to get beat up, didn't handle swelling/cut well, quit.
Someone said in another thread that Ortiz is like Vargas and I agree in terms of *boxing skills* (and lack thereof). I would add like a Vargas level when he fought Trinidad and after.
People were saying the same about Khan
I am not saying anything. By his comments it seems he dosen't want to get hit and boxing is not what he really wants to do.
