I've seen a ton of complaints that when people have played FN4 or the demo, it crashes and they get the RROD. It happened to me, after playing the demo for a while I got the RROD.

Alot of people are reporting this. Anybody else had problems with freezing?
I've just got my Xbox back and I'm about to buy FN4 tomorrow. I don't want to get the RROD again after having my Xbox back for 1 week.
Originally the Xbox 360 was to have a large fan unit and cooler to avoid overheating. However the execs at Microsoft decided to attatch a Hard Drive to the 360, thus something would have to be removed to make way - the fan.
It was a choice by Microsoft to implement the HD, remove the cooling fan. That's why the 360 only has a few air holes.
I've just gotten my 360 back too. I used to have it inside a shelf unit - stupid ****ing mistake as this contributed to it overheating. Now I have it out in the open so it can breath lol
Anyway...if my 360 breaks when I get this game tomorrow, I'm gonna get a loan and get a ps3 :p
Wow funny you should say that last game i put in my 360 before it RROD'ed was the FNR 4 demo. It did happen before this though 2 years prior while playing Forza.
That's why I got my shite for ps3 baby. After getting RROD for the 5th time (no B.S. I've sent my colsole back, or returned a total of 5 times since launch) I said to hell with 360, I'm buying all my games for my PS3 from now on.
what the?
Returned after the 5th time?
Would have given up after the 2nd time my self. Good thing i dont own that console
Yeah alot of people who got FN4 kept having repeated freezing issues, and eventually RROD.
Wow, lol at the 360, i cant believe they have not solved this problem. Ridiculous console
It's a hardware problem to do with the fans and overheating and stuff I think
So unless Fight Night 4 forces the console to work harder and overheat quicker I don't see how a specific game would cause it to brick.
Mine RROD'd the day before GTA4 came out :nonono:
I've had it before, last time it froze every so often until it eventually got the RROD. This time, my Xbox was pretty new, everything was fine until I played the FN4 demo. I only had a few fights then it crashed. When I turned Xbox back on I had the RROD. Alot of people are reporting the same thing all over different forums.
But I don't see how a game can cause the RROd.
By requiring more usage of the cpu, which in turn causes the system to overheat and thus crash. Giving you the RROD.
I know a guy who went through 8 Xbox360, 6 of them due to RROD and 2 of them being sent back to him from Microsoft broken.

I'd imagine you have an equal chance of RROD with any game??
and it should be less prone to it if it's new or newly repaired
the first time my 360 RROD'd i was so pissed i sold it immediately after it was fixed and got a PS3. I don't get how people stick with it after it bricks on them 3 or 4 times
